We were not hired to polish any tiles as stated The work order is attached We were hired to re-grout, clean, and caulk bathrooms After the work she inspected everything and was very pleased In fact, I even called her and she expressed how happy she was The issue here is she wants us to return to address something damaged by another contractor The day of the job we thoroughly explained that it couldn't be done and she understood but several days later we start receiving calls and emails stating we didn't finish the job

It was explained to the customer the wall could not be fixed with caulk and she asked that we seal it as best as possible to prevent leaks Now she wants us to be responsible for fixing the damage to the wall and fix the caulk that sperated due to this The limitations were clearly
explained and she agreed

The customer is now stating the issue is mold growth when originally it was the grout falling apart.  If the caulk is not cleaned properly or cleaned at all, mold can form on the surface, but is removable with 1 part bleach and 4 parts water.  The product is not self cleansing.  The same instructions were provided to the customer directly.

The business responded to a complaint I was not referring to; I was clearly referring to the bathtub issue and the fact that the caulk is cracking and mildewing around the perimeter (not the basement shower wall which he is referring to).

I have not had a contractor in my apartment for 20 years. several days later after "completion" of the work I noticed that the tiles under the shower lip had not been done. all the grout is missing between tiles .  i called and explained this to eddie and asked him to come over & take a look for himself. certain sections of the grout on the shower floor have also discolored.I would like eddie to come back, see for himself & complete the job. this issue is in the main bathroom only.
