Today May 5, we completed the work for *** * *** *** on their outdoor patio and they agree to the following:-The work we completed was to the customers satisfaction-with the delays in completing the job customer was discounted $(20%)-customer agrees to state any existing complaints
from Revdex.com as settled-customer agrees not to file any future complaints in regards to this matter or work we completed for them-customer paid the balance of $and settled the open invoice for work
To whom this may concern,Here is an letter specifying the details of the communication we have had with *** ***, the dates are close approximates to actual dates we went to complete her job.We have tried to please and*** from day After doing all the prep and installation work she
approved the color sample for her floorsWhich is our standard procedure for every customer before we seal the job completelydays after the job was sealed with coats and completed she informed us that she no longer liked the color and wanted us to change it.We intended to do this to please her and it did not workEven though our contract states that after a color sample is approved any changes thereafter would include any incurred charges for the labor and materials required to complete the jobUnique Concrete Design LLP decided to redo the job all over again not only using the profit from the original job, but also going into a negative balance more than $*** in order to do the changes for *** ***s. At this point we requested we to assist in only the cost of materials of $ *** which she agreed and paid $*** with a balance of $*** Then we proceeded with application on a FridayWe came back on the weekend and Monday 10/12/to see how it turned out, but no one was availableUp until this point communication between her and *** was fineAfterwards she called us during the week with accusations of stealing her money and lying
