I have not received the product that I paid forI purchased the product on their website on December and it is now Jan The only way to get a refund it to return the productI have emailed the company with no response from themI have tried calling but the number is out of service

Ordered with priority shipping and have not received my screen protector OR even got a reply over emailThis is a scam

Placed an order for a screen protector that said it had a lifetime warrantyNot a limited lifetime or anything like that just straight up lifetimeAfter the order was placed I wanted to read up on to file a warranty claim if their was ever a needSo I went to their warranty pageIt then said something completely different from what was advertisedIt wasn't even being called the same thingI went back to the page screen protector page clicked on warranty information link that brought me to a page that used the same new terminology of limited lifetime warrantyWhich is much different than a full warranty because that's when they can put loop holes in their warranty coverages, and get out of having to cover the product at allSo, instead of making assumptions I desired to call and talk with someone first to clarify their warranty on the screen protector I purchasedNo phone numbers were found on their website or after scowering the webSo, I decided okay I'll just send an e-mailI went back to their site clicked on to contact us by e-mail click here and it brought me to a dead endSome page that said try again in weeks or go to www.desk.com Which I did no go to in fear of viruses or attacks on my computer from an unknown SiteAt this point, frustrated I decide I just want to cancel my orderSo, I call my bank to try to put a hold on them releasing the funds or completing the process on the payment for the itemBy now, I had placed the order at 3:58pm est and I called my bank at 5:20pmMy bank tells me no there is nothing they can do till it is processedI'll have to wait and call backI then begin to again scower the internet for a contact phone number or e-mail using the address listed on their web pageI come up empty handedThen I remember seeing when I logged into my bank account that the transaction was processing out of Selah WashingtonSo, I looked up the business in that city and got a hit at https://selahwa.gov/business/listing/ the address next to that listing was Cedar Lane, Selah, WA with a phone number of 509-580-I called the phone number but only got a recordingI left a message with my phone number and order number and that I wanted to cancel itI then call the business listings contact person Dorraine Bigby's phone number 509-698-and spoke to someone about the situationThey said they would call me backHowever, I have yet to receive a phone call from themOn another note though I have since, at 6:08pm est, received an e-mail confirmation from [email protected] saying that my order has been canceled at my request, and that my payment has been voidedThe fact of the matter that I have had to spend hours to cancel an order or bar contacted by someone is rediculous

This company is completely unresponsive on their websiteThey take your order, charge your card and then no contact They do not answer emails

I ordered iPhone plus Holy Grail screen protectors for a total of $on 10/18/Shipping was stated as 3-business daysWhen I checked the status of my order on 10/it stated "unfulfilled"I sent an email asking for an ETA and never received a responseI sent a second email inquiring again about ETA on 10/and did not receive an email response however when I checked the order status it said "processing"On 11/3/I sent an email to ***@sirlancelotsarmor.com which was listed on my invoiceNo responseI resent the email on 11/7/When I went check my order status on 11/7/the web address no longer worksI included this in my last email

I have purchased and referred many friends and family to this company, but service levels have been the worst of any company I have ever dealt with There is no customer service! The ones I have referred have referred have all had complaints which range from months for a purchase to be delivered to the frustration of sending email after email for months with no response from the company I would never purchase a product from any company that treats its customers so poorly

Seller is completely unresponsive Payments are collected and product never ships No way to contact company because email boxes are de-activated and phone number is not in service All attempts to contact company are ignored Payment collected, but merchandise does not ship One can only assume the company is out of or going out of business, still collecting money for orders and hiding
