Sirenia Beach Volleyball Club

Hauled freight for JASON JONES and refused to pay us. We picked up on time and delivered on time for Volleyball tournament. Continually refused to pay for various reasons. He lied to get out of paying.

Signed my daughter up for 2 Beach Volleyball events that were cancelled by Sirenia Events with no refund to date
Signed my Daughter up with her partner for the June 17 & 18 Beach Volleyball tournament. I made payment through his website on 6/2/17 for $104.40 and payment cleared my account on 6/5/17 including processing fees by credit card. Was notified a couple days prior to the event it was cancelled. Signed my daughter up again for the August 5th Beach College Clinic. I made payment through his website on 7/31/17 for $104.40 and payment cleared my account on 8/1/17 including processing fees by credit card. On 7/31/17, I requested a refund of the June tournament. We were then notified the night before on Friday August 4th that the Clinic next day was cancelled as well. That same night, 8/5/17, I requested refund of both cancelled events. He stated he would send. Followed up again on 8/22 that I need my refund. Followed up again on 9/14/17 that I still did not receive my refund. I tried calling and left voice mail with no return call. Finally sent him a text on 10/4/17 that I still need my refund. He replied and stated he would send money. Followed up again on 10/18/17 stating still had not received. 10/26/17 followed up again and He stated he mailed the check and would stop payment and send replacement check. Today is 11/3/17 and to date still have not received my refund for events I paid for and he cancelled. It should not take 3 months to receive a refund
