I used Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning to replace my hot water heaters with the tankless water heater system Everyone I dealt with was very professional, from the person I spoke with at the call center to the staff that installed the system They were punctual and called ahead to let me know they were on their way I was so impressed with their customer service I am now using Sirius to maintain my air conditioning units as well An added bonus to have one service company for both air and plumbing systems! I don't usually provide customer reviews but I find it is difficult to find good customer service so I wanted to recommend Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning for others needing their services

Sirius Plumbing and AC is the best in the business We are member of the annual maintenance program and it has saved us from having a few emergencies They only send competent techs and service repair people to our home We are given all of the options, including their expert advice We have replaced AC units as well as hot water heaters They followed up a week later to make sure the units were working properly They stand behind their work, and if wasn't for a recommendation of a float switch on our AC units, we would have had a flood Thanks Sirius for always taking care of us I highly recommend their maintenance program

Our plumber Larry was very courteous and professional and very informative, Also he arrived earlier then expected which was nice

I had a leaking outdoor faucet that I had been putting off replacing the seal I finally decided to get it done on a beautiful Sunday afternoon After quickly removing the stem I realized it was broken and the whole faucet would have to be replaced No problem, until the faucet snapped off from the copper pipe This was now beyond my pay grade so I called Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning who I use for HVAC service on our home as well as a rent home Thankfully, *** and his team came to the rescue on a Sunday afternoon and quickly fixed the problem My wife and kids were also very happy to once again have running water If not for the quick response and professional service of Sirius, it would have been a long night without water!!
If you are in need of any HVAC or plumbing service, I highly recommend *** and his team!

They continue to save us this weekOur Main living AC had to have new coil Our upstairs AC had to be replaced as it was old and not working, master AC not working this morning but thank goodness for Sirius recommending and installing float switches or we would have had a very soggy/wet/ruined ceilings in our master suiteif you ever have ANY AC or Plumbing needs- call Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning! Did I mention an upstairs sink backed up as well this week? Yep- they fixed that too! I contacted Bo Hill at Sirius looking for help with a plumbing leak
Bo sent Ramond over within an hour to see the leak.
Raymond returned the next morning and had the leak repaired in about an hour.

Customers be aware! This company LIES LIES LIES!! Do NOT Trust this company.

On Friday scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8am (6/27/16). Spoke to Davis and he said I would be the first appointment. Monday came and over 1 hour and 15 minutes late I called the company to check on delay. This time I spoke to a RUDE and condescending person named Alise. She said there is no such thing and anyone coming exactly at 8am. She said they will be there from 8am to 12pm. I said ok and waited... its now 1:15pm and they were late again. We called back, Alise picked up and they said that I called in and rescheduled from 10am to 2pm. Why in the world why I do that??? Alise said that she spoke to someone earlier and said we rescheduled the appointment. From this point its almost 2pm, we called back and she said it was rescheduled to the next day from 8am to 12pm. Jesus Christ!! At this point I did give her a piece of my mind. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the supervisor.. She didn't want to transfer us or give the number to the manager so we can report her. It gets better.. I called american homeshield and they said our work order was cancelled and Sirius home and plumbing refused to work with us, a longtime paying customer of homeshield!!
Guess what folks, due to their incompetency, this company actually went back to American Home Shield and put in a complaint on us!!! can you believe that!!!! I called up american home shield and reported this horrible, incompetent company. I will be soon speaking to the leadership at American home shield to put in a formal complaint and get their contract pulled so this type horrendous and unprofessional company cannot do harm to others. [redacted] is the owner of this company, it has a description of honest and caring on their website... I would love to have [redacted] pull the call recordings, review and love to hear back from him.

I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and contacted Sirius Plumbing and AC to come out for a service call. Not only did they schedule me immediately, they arrived on time, and wore special booty socks on their shoes so they wouldn't track in dirt inside my home. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly, and thoroughly explained all the work they were doing prior to preforming the repair. Once they completed the work, they left the area clean and tidy. They are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services!
