***, I called and talked with Ms *** and discussed the project. In our opinion, the contract documents are clear that we sold and installed two pieces of IG glass only and not new windows in the upstairs attic and we sold and installed new windows down
stairs. She confirmed she is very happy with the new windows. I did agree we will return to correct any exposed exterior wood remaining at the two pieces of IG glass that we installed in the attic. I also offered her refund of a portion of the contract price via a gift card. Ms *** did agree to the offer to address any exterior exposed wood at the two pieces of IG, but she would not agree to a date for us to perform that work. She said she would contact me regarding an acceptable date. Since I have not heard back from her, I will follow up regarding a date to perform the work. I will continue to work with her on the resolution as she did not agree with the refund that I offered. Please contact me with any related questions. Thank you, ***

I wanted you to know BEE Window has offered to install Mr [redacted]’s door at the total cost of his downpayment, which is 50% of the job We have offered this in order to show we are truly sorry for his lack of communication on the part of BEE Window, and to show him we are sincere in wanting to prove our...

quality of product and install. He has accepted this offer and we are set to install the door May 8. As always, we appreciate the Revdex.com and the effort to help resolve customer issues.   Pamela Faerber Faerber's BEE Window co-owner 317 509 1781

Mr [redacted] has every right to be disappointed I am not sure where Mr's emails have "disappeared"  and we are checking that.  HOwever, each customer does have my personal phone number, and we did connect.there is indeed damage to his siding below each window.unfortunately, the siding is...

at least 17 years old aluminum siding.  This type of siding dents very easily --but the installers should have tested this at one window and stopped. At this point here is what BEE has offered Mr. [redacted]:1. to upgrade Mr. to an over-sized shutter --about a $500 value2. to replace the damaged awning--$300 per Mr.3. to clean the areas damaged by the ladder under each window and blend in  paint on that entire siding length or replace that siding length   as we told  Mr, the 17 + year old siding has faded over the years and he will be able to see the difference, but we doubt anyone else willBEE has a paint expert inspecting the home this week, after which we will have him paint under one window to see if that meets his approval.Shutters and awning will be replaced as per above.Pam F[redacted]co ownerFaerber's BEE Window, Inc[redacted]

Regards,
[redacted]With this being agreed upon I would like to add that having not gone through the Revdex.com we never would have been contacted again and I really feel no resolution would have been offered except their standard response. It should not take a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a phone call back after over a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this. Thank you Revdex.com for stepping in and getting the ball rolling for us to come to some kind of resolve with this Bee Window company out of Fishers, IN. It does make me wonder how many others have had problems with this company but did not go that extra step to you, Revdex.com to get some kind of resolve. Thank you again.

Pam and George F[redacted] and BEE Window acknowledge Mr. [redacted] has leaking issues with the bath system installed by us. We acknowledge the leaks are caused by issues at installation.  Rather than try to repair again, BEE will do a full tear out and install all new green board and sub floor and new...

walls and new tub.  BEE will also inspect, repair other areas like drywall that have been damaged. All products are on order.  We thought they were to arrive the last week of July, but did not.  We are hopeful they arrive during this first week of August.  Once they arrive, an install date will be set.  BEE has hired a expert in the area of tile and baths to handle this re install. we are sorry for the issues this has caused. [redacted]Daytime Phone: [redacted]E-mail: [redacted] Pam Faerber, co owner of Faerber's BEE Window, Inc talked with Mrs. [redacted].  Both parties agree that the BEE Work sheet was signed stating that BEE does not guarantee...

blinds can be reused.  Mrs. [redacted] also agreed the blinds were pulled up and behind a valance when the technical measure was done, and the rep was unaware there were blinds . However, the customer is sure this was discussed at sales and they were assured the blinds would fit.  the issue is not the over all fit ,but rather that the lines where the 3 sets of blinds meet does not line up with the edges of the 3 new windows. That being said, BEE agreed to re imbrues 10% of the job fee back to help cover the cost of the blinds and Mrs. agreed to this.Pam Faerber 317 509 1781

[redacted] **  [redacted]Daytime Phone: [redacted]E-mail: [redacted] Thank you,  Mr  Rohr for being a BEE customer since 1988.  I apologize for the confusion.  And for my "hanging up on you".  I was actually...

in our warehouseI remember your call exactly.  The phone went dead, as often happens in the warehouse for one reason or another.I thought you would call back.   I apologize again--I should have pro acted and called when I returned to the office.BEE will of course honor the warranty.  After 2 years labor and trip charge are not included.  At 28 years old, your windows do not include trip or labor for service.  We can cover the cost of the actual glass, which is usually about $200.  The trip is where the $1000 comes in --having a man drive to and from St Louis in order to secure measurements for the glass.AS with anything in your home, after a period of time, labor has to be covered --whether that is an appliance or plumbing or heat and air.You might be interested in the new products out for windows.  Like computers, the manufacturing and quality has changed drastically in 28 years.the glass today is triple low E with Aargon gas between.  The vinyl is reinforced with fiberglass, or on our top window is all a patenedpulltruded fiberglass from Marvin windowsYou have my cell phone and are welcome to call again.  thank you  Pam F[redacted], co owner Faerber's BEE Window, Inc 317 509 1781

I spoke to [redacted] on 11/7/15 and apoligized for the delaywe did indeed send a new service woman out to the job and have to have a second service tech go back because she did not understand we needed the thickness of the glass --as she was new to the company.  I personally called [redacted]...

at this time to explain this and apologize. We are sorry for the delays.  In addition, the glass was delayed in shipment to us, causing us to have to move the job backwe do have the glass here now and will be at the home on 11/23 to install the glasswe will waive the balance due on labor because of the delays.Pam [redacted]

we certainly appreciate Mr [redacted] and his window purchase from BEEBEE and George have been at the home multiple times.  Mr [redacted] has used a pen light and stood 6" from the window.  Industry standards by Marvin and Andersen say if you stand back 10' and can see imperfections, then it...

is an issue.the Marvin rep has been to the home 3 times.  Two separate stain professionals have been to the home.BEE feels it will be most difficult to meet the expectations of Mr. [redacted].instead we offered binding arbitration from Revdex.com so that we can both agree to the next step BEE has said:  1. we will not replace main frame2. we will replace 10 sash3. we both agree to binding arbitration or mediation prior to any more work being done.once we both agree to the scope of work to bring this to completion and there is a third party who agrees as well,   BEE is happy to move forwardThank you Pam F[redacted]317 509 1781

I left a message for [redacted]--if the windows in need of service are from his contracts in which there is no trip or labor charge (2003 and 2004), then BEE will not charge for the trip or labor.  I will ask Mary Lynn to call and go over this.  The windows which have a contract 2001 and 2002  the labor is charged after 2 years.thank you Pam [redacted], co owner [redacted]
