Hi [redacted] We received another letter dated Monday August 29th with an update.We have taken care of Mr [redacted] 's concerns in this same attached letterHis plates were picked up the same dayThere was a language barrier , he misunderstood us offering to take the vehicle back and giving him a full refund.Mr [redacted] choose to keep the vehicle and is very happy with his purchased and apologized for his behavior towards our team members.We understand his frustrations but this was not our fault in anywayIt was beyond our control and at the mercy of the DMV.Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me at out main office @ 858-277-***.Thank you , [redacted] ***To whom it may concern ,Attached please find statement of fact signed by Mr [redacted] today , under penalty of perjury, withdrawing his complaint from the Revdex.com against Siry Auto Group and its affiliates.We have gone over and beyond to take care of Mr [redacted] We even offered to take the vehicle back and give him a full refundHe chose to keep the car and is very happy with his purchase.Customer service is our #goal.If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me directly @ (858)277-***
