10-19-15First would like to say that the Customer purchased a vehicle through [redacted] which is a Completely different Business; then TJT A&A Limousine.However, I did speak to the customer on Friday 10-16-through [redacted] Business and explained to him that the vehicle he purchased is NOT a flood vehicleHe was reading the wrong information off the titleHe did email me a copy of the title and we did go over the title togetherIf he needs me to explain the reading of a title further I will be more than happy to recall him.Again going back to my first paragraph is there anyway to separate Dan T [redacted] from TJT So that in the event of a complaint it is assigned to the correct business, Thanks for your help
