DO NOT give Joe a deposit unless you are good with $a square foot He is way overpriced and misled us completely We are a young Christian family with kids and were looking for a really durable product for our modest home sq feetWe met Joe in his showroom off of Cypress where he told us his product ranges from $4.00-$and we were looking at the product Then stated labor was not included and that would be an added $per sq ft Oh an then another per sq ft for floor prep so when all is said and done $a sq ft so for our sq ft home it was a total of 17,all in I cut him a check for a deposit of $8,that late afternoon, he went to the bank and deposited that night My husband and I talked more about it and did not have a peace so we called Joe the next day and said we decided to go with another type of flooring that was more reasonable He said that's fine I will give you your deposit back minus the $that Karndeen charged me for shipping it back This was hard to swallow He assured me that he would have a copy of the invoice for me documenting the charges from fed ex for $ Picked up my check today from him for 7,and he said he did not have the invoice but once he did he would email it to me
