Review: On May 29, 2014 I ordered a subscription to Sister2Sister Magazine, I received my first copy in a manila envelope in July, it was the August edition, I received the August edition again in August and nothing since. Nothing has been delivered since,I had a similar problem with them last year, they had my check, cashed it and no magazine. I want the magazine monthly or my money in totality. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: Magazine delivery monthly or my money back.

Review: I've been a subscriber to this magazine for several years. In April I called to find out about my subscription as the last issue I received was April/May. I was told by the customer service rep that they were having problems with the issues and I will receive the issues missing concurrently and this has not happenedIt's now October 2, 2014 and I'm yet to receive my issues. I've been calling for the past few months and the number has been busy. I've also called the number in Washington and the voice mail is full and no one has answered. I've also sent emails but haven't gotten a response. This company do not need to have in business as they have received payment for a service and have not delivered the items.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of my subscription returned to me as I've only received 3 issues out of the 12 I've paid for.

Review: I have a subscription for this magazine and I have not gotten a issue since May. I have called several times and the phone number ###-###-#### has been busy for over a month. I have missed other issues earlier this year and last year and they just added a extra issue to my subscription. No one answers the phone when you call ###-###-#### and if you go to a extension it is always full and there is no operator to help you. I have sent several e-mails on there website and [redacted] page have not gotten any responses.I have been a customer for years and I don't feel like this is good business. I will never buy this magazine again.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and a explanation on why or what is going on.

Review: have order isssues of the magazine for myself and a sister dont recieve. Have been trying to reach there customer service for a month and the line goes busy. Contact the national distributor and they have the same number that I have been trying to reach. Review: My complaint involves my Sister to Sister Magazine which I have paid a full years subscription in advance which doesn't run out until May of 2015. My magazines have completed stopped for 3 months straight after the change over of their distributor [redacted]. After research, I was told to contact [redacted] Distributor about this complaint.I have called Sister to Sister Magazine over 20 times but the line is busy 24 hours a day. I wrote them but they continue to be unreachable and they act as if they can care less about my issue and the money I spent for the subscription. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. If there is a problem, any company would let their loyal customers know about it. I am asking for a complete investigation in why my magazine subscription has stopped after the changed of distributors.Desired Settlement: I would like my issues reinstated and also for them to make my subscription longer for all the issues I missed. I would like to received them immediately.

Review: In April 2014,I paid $18 for a 12month subscription of Sister2Sister magazine and as of today,November3 I've received 1 issue only.I have contacted them several times and each time they responded with an apology only.Back in June I was told that they had sold out of that months issue and that my subscription would be extended one month.Still,no magazine.In September,I emailed them again and again received an apology,they said my subscription would now be extended by 2months,and I should recieve an issue no later than October14th.It is now November 3rd and not only have I not recieved any magazine,my emails to them since October have not been responded to.Desired Settlement: I really,really enjoy reading the magazine and would like to recieve the subscription for which I paid in full for ,as a last resort,my money back,or (in good faith)my money back and still recieve all 12 subscriptions.
