Sister Africa Braiding

Got my hair braided a week ago and it's already coming done. I went to Sisters African Braiding on Friday Morning March [redacted] I requested to get Senegalese braids to the middle of my back. Everything was fine after I left the shop I paid 235.00 dollars for the work. Well about 2 days later my braids in the back started coming out and 2 on the side edges. I went back on Saturday March [redacted] my off day to get my hair redone. I was informed that were to busy and to come back at before 9 am Sunday. When I get back on Sunday March [redacted] they told me they said 10am this is not true. So the lady called me in to braid. I lost over 12 braids in less then a week. She re-braided only what she wanted to. she also didn't braid it properly and replaced 12 braids and loose one in the front. she refused to redo the front and replaced the ones that fell out with 5 braids. I not happy about the customer service there. Once they are paid they don't care about correcting the work. I paid too much money for a style that should last 6 weeks to only last 1 week. I not requesting a full refund because I did like the work done at first. But I would like half of my funds back due to a poor job done on my head.Desired SettlementI looking for at least half of my funds back. I have pics from when it was done. Til now and the half job that was done on my head after I requested for it to be redone. Final Consumer Response I was called the very next day by the manager of the location. She spoke to me and explained her absent at the location due to personal issues. She informed me to come in and she would redo my hair. Mrs. [redacted] was very polite and wanted to make it right. She explained to me that the style of braids I got wasn't the right kind for my texture of her. So I like the information that she provided. She address all my concern and I'm happy with the end product that she did for me. I will be going back again due to her appreciation of her business and wanting to do good work. I appreciated they contacted me back so quick and wanted to solve my issue. I wish she was around when I had the issue and I would have never report this to the Revdex.com.

I was told that services could be done but the services were not done as they promised. They also refused to fix the errors in their service.I got a picture from their website, which was how I wanted to get my hair. When I arrived at the shop, I showed them the picture and they agreed that they could do it. However, when the young lady was finished with my hair, I noticed that it was nothing similar to the photo that I showed her. So I showed her the photo again after I saw that it was not what I wanted and she stated to me that they don't do hair how it is in the picture, even though the picture was posted on their site. Before services were started on my hair, I was told by her and another woman in the shop that it could be done. They assured me and I felt secure that they would give me the service that I desired. After I expressed to them how I was unsatisfied with the services and wanted my hair fixed, the young lady who did my hair started to get angry and refused to fix it. She told me she would not fix it and that they don't do hair like the picture. She brushed me off and said "well next time I will do it like the picture," but she was going to do nothing about it today. Desired SettlementI want the money that I paid for the style back. I paid $130. I did not get a receipt because they do not issue receipts. I would also like an apology and for them to un-post pictures of styles on their website that they know they are unable to do. That is false advertisement.
