I paid $109 for a sweatshirt and a pair of sweatpants in May and still haven't received my items. Customer service has been silent and they refuse to give any concrete information about my items. Feels like I've been scammed.
Paid for an order on *** 14. Was told as preorder it would be shipped at the beginning of June. Have yet to receive legitimate tracking and customer service never has an answer. Money was charged and still no one can give an update. Blaming Covid for delay in shipment but the shipping label was printed and never delivered. That is lack of operations, not slow shipping because of Covid
