The menu does state that the meal comes with bacon and sausage but the orders that this customer is complaining about did not say they wanted those parts of the meal and others in the order specifically stated they wanted those. Review: On Wednesday, April 29, 2015 I faxed over a total of seven orders for breakfast at 10:16 a.m. to Sisters Cafe'. The orders included four Super Real Deal Meals and three Real Deal Meals. As it is noted on Sister Cafe' menu both breakfast automatically comes with Bacon and Sausage however; three of our orders did not have the sausage nor bacon. Also, one Super Real Deal was not placed in the order that was picked up by one of my colleagues. I reached out to Sisters Cafe' and asked to speak with the manager. A lady by the name of Judy came to the phone and she immediately began to be rude. After verifying that I was speaking to the manager, I attempted to share with her that several food items were missing from our orders and that one of the orders (Super Real Deal Meal) were not included. She immediately cut me off in a very very rude manner and stated, "First of all, if you don't ask for bacon and sausage then your are not going to get it. I responded, "mam I did not know we had to ask for bacon and sausage because according to your menu it automatically comes with it. Judy replied, in a very rude manner, "like I said, "if you don't ask bacon and sausage you are not going to get it!" Judy went on to say and "further more, "I don't appreciate you putting on your faxed order THANK YOU [redacted], I AM THE [redacted] AND I AM THE ONE DOING THE COOKING!" I then asked about the missing Super Deal Meal and she in an abrupt manner stated, "WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY SALT FISH AND THERE WAS NO CONTACT NUMBER. I replied, well mam couldn't you have shared this with the person picking up our order and she replied,"NO!" I responded, "mam why are you being so rude" and she replied, "BECAUSE I CAN AND I AM BUSY!" Then Judy said and we cut off breakfast at 10:30 a.m. and I received your order at 10:25 a.m. Note: I faxed order over to her restuarant at 10:16 a.m. The [redacted] displayed extremely poor customer service behavior.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology to me and my colleagues and a refund for three Super Real Meal Deal orders which did not have all of the food items as it is listed on the menu.
