All vehicles are sold at this dealership are sold "as is' which a standard for any car dealership. Also, you could have had the vehicle inspected before purchase and you deceided waive that right in the purchase agreement. The credit union might have suggusted a extended warranty for the vehicle, most them ask if you want coverage before purchasingIt could be worth asking if they wouldadd extended coverage on your vehicle through your loan agreement

I am rejecting this response because:The first attachment is the findings of Paddy's automotivePat was kind enough to show me all of the worn components on the truck and point out all of the leaks Pat also told me the tires were worn uneven from being over inflated, that they were worn to the safety bars and they were so uneven he couldn't take a proper measurement of the treadHe also found bad ball joints and worn front brakes. Second attachment is from Gill's point S bend tire factoryI had taken the truck to point S for a vehicle inspectionThe head mechanic Nate came to get me from the lobby right away and informed me the truck was unsafe due to the condition of the ball jointsThat the front brakes were wornFront right axle seal was leaking and that I needed new tires as soon as possible. With the findings of Paddy's automotive and Point S It makes me uncomfortable knowing Les Schwab sisters has checked and signed off on the paperwork stating the oppositeIt also makes me uncomfortable that Les Schwab sisters and sisters car connection were in conversation about me and the truck after I left on 4/4. Now with all of my own findings opposite of what I was shown at time of purchase I am very dissatisfiedI don't think I should be responsible for 2000$ in repairs and servicesThe estimate from Point S is 2068.89$ to fix all of the safety issuesI paid premium price for the truck with Carfax and full inspection making it seem like a great purchaseUnfortunately I find the 2/24/ inspection to be opposite of the condition of the truck.I do use the truck for deliveryI track my miles everyday I workI've attached my miles from when I started using the truck for deliveryNow I'm not truly sure what typical use for a year old truck isI don't feel as if I'm abusing the truck at all or that it couldn't be a daily driver with low milesIt hasn't been off-road once since I purchased itThe truck only had miles put on it from the 2/24/full inspection by sisters to the time I had it reinspected due to clunking popping and pulling left or rightThe reinspection was 4/4/I took the truck into Paddy's and Point S on 4/6/for extra opinionsI'm sure glad I did. Even though I paid a premium in full for what was represented and that's not what I drove away withAll I want is the estimated repairs and services done by Point S I would feel satisfied with my purchase and safe to drive my family aroundI truly just want what I was under the impression I paid for.First I have attached the copy of the "alignment" given to me by sisters car connectionI have been to multiple professionals including a different Les Schwab I have been informed this is not any proof of alignment that there would be prints of before and after measurementsI was also informed that they couldn't have taken these measurements from my truck with the bad ball joints Second I have attached my copy of the certified serviceThis form states my tires are 6/The front brakes are 7mm or greaterThat additional checks were done for leaks and wear of conditiondone by Les Schwab sisters(Taylor tire center inc) Third is the point inspection sheetThis form states all fluids had either been checked filled or servicedNo leaks presentCoolant freezing point -25.(I was also informed it is supposed to be -35). Fourth is the paperwork and findings from sisters Les Schwab when I brought the truck in 4/4/Truck miles Purchased at 74532.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I had purchased an extended warranty It's not the credit unions responsibility to pay for the repairsI also shouldn't have to make a claim on a vehicle just boughtEspecially since I would need to pay upfront and submit a claim Then they may or may not reimburse meOnce again I shouldn't be responsible for the repairsI paid a premium price with no fuss under the impression the vehicle was in top conditionI would have never paid this price knowing it needs repairs. Also I do understand vehicles are sold "as is"I also understand "as is" is what's represented at time of saleI also know the Oregon unlawful trade practice act protects me as a consumer from the "as is" due to fraudulent and deceptive sales methods. I am dissapointed in the way my purchase has goneAt this point I have nothing positive to say about sisters car connectionI feel I was taken advantage of as a first time buyer. All I want is the vehicle in the condition advertised It's truly sad to be given paperwork saying the truck is excellent when it's in need of over 2000$ in repairsI was honest and upfront with my purchaseNo hassles or haggling I just want what I paid for.
Sincerely,

Here is the documents from [redacted] showing the the vehicle was alligned, Lube oil filter, and we added new wheels to the truck. If the truck had bad ball joints then [redacted] could not have alligned the vehicle as stated from [redacted].The truck does have very low miles for the year. 74k at the...

time of sale. It is a local vehicle that was purchased by the company from a local senior. Who did not abuse this vehicle and arrived in very good condition. The truck was reinspected by [redacted] again and they found everything was in complience and told [redacted] that very same thing. He does work for [redacted] as a delivery driver and the vehicle is being used in commercial deliveries. Which is not normal use on a 12 year old vehicle. [redacted] Attachments redacted by Revdex.com staff[redacted]
