SitAlong do respond to inquiries from our customers in a timely fashion and have always removed profiles at the request of the customer. We have multiple links throughout the pages of [redacted] to contact customer support, and the link to our customer support ([redacted]) is directly shown on our homepage.
I believe this site is dead or defunct. no reply to anything.
Review: I have contact [redacted] several times regarding the deletion of my Dating Profile, Via Email. As there is no Customer Service Phone number on the site anywhere! I also CANNOT locate a Customer service number any place on the internet by searching a search engine. I found the address of the company located in NEW YORK but that's it. I have received a return email from their support site saying it received my inquiry but the profile is still up on the site without any further action on their part. It is unprofessional and I want the profile removed IMMEDIATELY!!Desired Settlement: I want my dating profile removed permanently and I want a confirmation email stating that it has been done. Directly from their [redacted]. The profile name is [redacted] I WANT IT OFF TODAY!!
