Review: The web developer [redacted] has failed to complete the website and honor the contract. He had requested that I give false information to Paypal upon receipt of payment, in which I denied and is also trying to extort money for services that were never requested. He has completely denied me access to the website and been has non-compliant with requests that have been made.Desired Settlement: I would either like a complete refund or full and complete access to the website, re: all coding and configurations. Change all passwords so he no longer has to access to the website.
