I went with sitebuilder.com because of its claims of being simple and easyOnly a month and a free URLWell I registered and registered my free URLThis was a week ago and the process is still not completeI have registered many domains in my time, none of which have taken more than an hourI have emailed support twice with no return email and a call got me elevated to priority status, but that's been two days ago and nothing has changedThey made sure to pull my funds immediately, but have lacked in both responsiveness and attentiveness to my issue

Unethical practices. If you have a tight budget, do not use this company. They have their account setup page designed in such a way that items you may not want are automatically added to your package, at a discount rate, but then they never give you an order review before charging your credit card.
When you call to get this corrected, they tell you that they are unable to refund your money and provide a lame excuse such as they have to pay someone else. Even though you are contacting them within 5 minutes of the purchase.
Not only that but if you do not get these items removed they will be added to your monthly billing cycle at the full rate which is 35% more.
I am in the process now of waiting for my account to be reimbursed for these two items after I called and practically cried my heart out for twenty minutes begging for my money and threatening to cancel the entire account. The one many finally agreed and said it would be reversed today. Then I got an email saying it would be 7 to 10 business days.
We shall see. If the money is not refunded, I will file a claim for assistance from the Revdex.com. Final word. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unethical practices.

Don't waste your time or money with these people. Totally unethical business practices; have been trying to get a refund from Sitebuilder since 12/16/15. Have been given the runaround, having been told numerous times that credit card has been credited, yet no credit appears and credit card company confirms no credit has been submitted.
Falsehoods and rhetoric, do not do business with this company. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back!

This compan is an absolute fraud, I have never experienced such horrific customer serviceI signed up with them on November - the full package - website builder, enhanced 24/support, SEO, hosting, e-commerce, it cost me about $One of the primary reasons that I selected this company is reviews on website builders, they were ranked #I have since found that they own the site that provides the reviewsAll went well until I had completed the site and was ready to transfer the domainI contacted the current host on December and requested the transfer, they quickly provided me with the codes and unlocked the site and removed the privacy settingsI informed SiteBuilder that it was good to go on December Over the next two weeks they claimed that the site was still locked - it wasn't as I confirmed with WHOIS and the domain holder, they then completely ignored me and cut me off of the priority support that I paid forIt was then weeks of multiple emails from me, many of which were totally ignored, then claims that the site was locked, followed by emails saying the transfer would "soon" take place, then it was locked, then confirming it was unlockedI'm in Canada, I tried calling the US/Canada number - it wasn't available from Canada, I pleaded for a call back (they are UK based), nothingAfter weeks the site unlocking automatically reverted back to lockedI again contacted the current domain holder, it was immediately unlockedTwo days of no communication from SiteBuilderI put in a dispute with my credit card company in that timeSiteBuilder contacted me days ago to say that the transfer would be completed in 5-business days vi informed then that that would result in the transfer again being lockedNo communicationAfter days I get an email from them that they would not be transferring the site as I had disputed their chargesThis has been the single most frustrating and horrific customer service I have ever hadI spent almost hours building the site, I lost the entire holiday buying seasonDO NOT do business with these incompetent frauds and thrieves
