Hi, Thank you for your responseWe try not to get involved directly in business and consumer disputes, but generally we only remove reviews if they are clearly fraudulent or if the reviewer is unresponsiveIn the case of the review that you mentioned, the reviewer actually sent us a copy of their receipt after having made a purchase from your site, so the only way for this review to be removed is for the reviewer to edit it or remove it themselves Additionally, you did not respond to any of our questions and concerns in our previous correspondenceCan you explain why the businesses you claim to be distinct from have the same IP address and website template as your business? Dear [redacted],
Thank you for your message. Your business has a 4 out of 5 star rating, which is excellent. We do not generally remove reviewspositive or negativeunless they either violate one of our review guidelines or the review author...

requests that their review be taken down. We do however remove reviews that are written from the same IP address to help ensure each review is from a unique person.
Regarding HairPlayground's specific reviews, we do see that several reviews were hidden because they were written from the same IP address, which is likely what you are noticing. Please make sure that each of your customers writes only one review for your business. If you have further questions, please email us at [redacted]@sitejabber.com or call XXX-XXX-XXXX. You can read more about all of our policies here: https://biz.sitejabber.com/faq
Thank you,
The SiteJabber Team
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/04/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No the above is a lie from the Scam Company Site Jabber. Each customer that posts has a different ip address and has never left a review on our com0any. Sitejabber does not allow businesses to have a high review percentage they delete it and keep the negative review . There are major negative reviews that has bever been deleted. All negative reviews stay and hrow higher. While you specifically delete the positive reviews only. I would beleive what you said if some negatives was deleted. But none where and they continue to not be deleted. While 10-12 positives are deleted. Infact the negative get aproval instantly and the positives take close to 24 hours to 48 hours to show. Then later dissapear. We had 84 reviews now we have 78. Site Jabber is a scam company that does not want merchants to have positive reviews.
Put vack all our Positive reviews or provide a detailed explanation of each positive review you deleted and why?
You are a liar
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/04/16) */
Dear [redacted],
Thank you for your feedback and questions. We do our best to provide a balanced forum for businesses and consumers so hopefully we can address your concerns. Please see answers to your questions below:
1) Regarding review publication time, reviews are typically published within 48 hours. As a business owner, you can also control the review publication period for all your reviews with the Review Buffer tool (you will be notified 48 hours, and given a chance to respond, before any review is published). You can access this free in your business dashboard here: https://biz.sitejabber.com/review-delay
2) Below is a list of reviews not currently being shown. For the positive reviews that were written from the same IP address, if you can provide evidence or certification that they are in fact unique customers (could be a copy of an invoice or other proof of purchase with the customer name for [redacted] S. or [redacted] L.), we can reinstate those reviews. Please email this evidence to [redacted]@sitejabber.com. Also, if you more have questions about specific reviews please email them to [redacted]@sitejabber.com and we can look at them for you. For future reference, you may find it easier to collect reviews using one of our free review collection tools that you can access here: https://biz.sitejabber.com/review-collection (these tools require that you certify all reviews are from unique customers)

The above Merchant is Lying once again [redacted] f. Negative false review is still posted. You still are mossing 8 positive reviews that youn have taken down with no explanation. No begative reviews have been removed. Infact any negative reviews was relesed to the public instantly. Never to be taken off. This Company is a Lying Scam. They know what they are doing. They want Merchants to have more Bad Reviews than positive reviews. There is so many Negative reviews on This Scam company site jabber a simple google search will show ypu. They want nehative reviews of a company to show first so sitejabber can vome up first as a google search. Again where is the 8 Positive Reviews ypu have taken down hust recently. These reviews are not current. Ypu took down 8 Positive Reviews in this Month April. We had close to a 90% rating 86% or more. With 56 positive reviews now we have 51 this month. You took down 5 star reviews and 4 star reviews this month. We want them all back or delete Negative reviews that are not real like erika f. Review which is still posted

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/02/16) */
Thank you for your message. Your review page currently has 37 published reviews and a 4 out of 5 star rating. Of those 37 reviews, 24 reviews have 5 stars. There are 6 unpublished 5-star reviews that were automatically hidden by our...

software because all 6 reviews were written from the same IP address. Our software automatically hides reviews from the same IP address to prevent abuse. All 37 reviews are publicly visible here: [redacted]
Your premium account was canceled in October 2014, since then your business has received one 1-star review and one 5-star review. No reviews, positive or negative, have been filtered since that date. Anyone can write a review on SiteJabber for any business or website, and if you feel like a review is unfair, you can respond to it for free and if you believe it violates our review guidelines, you can report it, also for free. On February 6th, you reported a review because you believed it was a review of another service, and our team had the review moved to the correct site on February 7th. These services are always free. SiteJabber's premium services cover advertising services that are detailed here: [redacted]
For any additional questions please email our team at [redacted]@sitejabber.com
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/04/21) */
The reply from sitejabber.com does not address our issue. However, since we filed it they seem to know be accepting reviews from all of our users including volunteers and to have stopped blocking good reviews. This is mostly a blackmail service, we hope that they will clean up their act. Sometimes some of our users want to leave reviews from our office and they should be allowed to do so regardless of sitejabber.com's IP blocking policies.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2015/04/24) */
Glad to hear your issue has been resolved.
Thank you for your interest in the Consumers' Choice Awards. This feature will not be completed until later this year. When it is complete you will see awards on businesses' review pages. Awards will be given on the basis of quality and quantity of reviews as well as other criteria which have not yet been announced. Business owners may not purchase awards or influence over the outcome. For additional questions, please email [redacted]@sitejabber.com.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 24, 2015/04/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Unfortunately the issue is an overall approach of communication between your company and ours. It has not been resolved as of yet since we are still unable to communicate with your company. Emails sent to "[redacted]" if he is still with you, are being ignored. As for the consumer choice awards, your website clearly shows a banner with the name of some businesses, including competitors with much lesser ratings and volumes of reviews, in that advertisement, which, in fact, makes it clear to your visitors that the awards have been attributed to these companies.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
we have a competitor that is trying to damage our sites credibility by disseminating false reviews and inaccurate information.
https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.fit-tronics.com#6 needs to be removed as well as a number of other reviews we have PMed customers on asking for proof of order - they have not answered the Private Messages back.  Site jabbers policy is to remove any review that has not been answered by a customer after 72 hrs.  we have followed your instructions.
As review 6 goes, the "customer" who we believe is a competitor has provided order information for a site that is not fittronics - an invoice that does not include our business name or details.  You keep referencing a shopify url as a link - we will tell you once again shopify is a storebuilder. whoever added that shopify url address starting as electronics house for fw electronics -provided a store builder address which can virtually bring up a number of other business listings. The fw electronics site with the shopify address url needs to be removed from site jabber an unlinked from our store as well as the #6 review, which you willl note has been left on multiple business listings on siteJabber (which should be against your policy) - clearly this is a competitor trying to damage our standing online
the following reviews need to be removed and we will keep our complaint open until they are
#1 Nigel F- this review was left by a competitor. we emailed the "customer" he did not respond. Traci removed the review. It has now been put up again REMOVAL REQUIRED
#6 - Kaiti O - customer/competitor responded back with mismatching order information as described above -left the same review on multiple business listings / this review violates site jabber policy on multiple levels - REMOVAL REQUIRED
#11 - Maria E - emailed for proof of order. No response received to PM's well after 72 Hrs. site jabber policy - REMOVAL REQUIRED
#12 - Stacy P- review left for mistaken site. No response received to PM- Well after 72hrs.  site Jabber policy - REMOVAL REQUIRED
We expect these changes to be made effective immediately as they are requests that fall directly under eligibility for SiteJabber review removal policy - as per site jabber terms below -
-" if you believe a review was submitted by a non-customer, please reach out via private message to politely offer support in exchange for order information. Please take a minute to review this information via our faq: https://biz.sitejabber.com/faq#reviewVerification"
our complaint will remain open until it has been done. thanks.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Thanks for the message and for reporting the review. As per our stated policies, since the reviewer did not respond to your message in a timely manner, the review has been removed. Please let us know if you need anything else.

thus far, but should you wish to try again, you can reach us at XXX-XXX-XXXX or by email at [redacted]@[redacted] which can be seen at https://biz.[redacted]/registration. With respect to the review in question, consumer reviews can generally only be removed by the author of the review. However, we have removed all the personal information of your employee. Hi,
Thank you for your response. We try not to get involved directly in business and consumer disputes, but generally we only remove reviews if they are clearly fraudulent or if the reviewer is unresponsive. In the case of the review that you mentioned, the reviewer actually sent us a copy of their receipt after having made a purchase from your site, so the only way for this review to be removed is for the reviewer to edit it or remove it themselves.

Additionally, you did not respond to any of our questions and concerns in our previous correspondence. Can you explain why the businesses you claim to be distinct from have the same IP address and website template as your business? I've attached a screenshot from fit-tronics.com, yet the logo says FZ Electronics and at the end of the About Us section, you refer to yourself as Fire Wire Media.

Due to the visual evidence that these companies are in fact related, your refusal to clarify the relationship between these different entities, and the fact that the reviewer has sent us proof of purchase from your site, we encourage you to work directly with the reviewer to resolve their dispute and have them edit or remove the review.

Best regards,

I have recently gotten a tip from a friend that my name is smeared all over the internet and I have to take it down one at a time. Also been getting odd calls, which now make sense. maybe you removed it, but the cashe still exists and the listing shows up. I made a screenshot. SEE: [redacted]

SiteJabber is a consumer review platform that allows consumers to write reviews about their experiences on other websites. Obviously, some of these reviews will be negative and businesses will object to these reviews, but our general policy is that we do not remove reviews unless there is a clear...

content violation (profane language, personal information, etc.) or the review is written about the wrong business by mistake. In cases where the business disagrees with a review, we give the benefit of the doubt to the consumer, as we are a consumer-focused service. We make it very clear that this policy does not change whether businesses pay for our premium services or not.
The business that submitted this complaint is trying to remove all negative reviews from their profile. They have asked us repeatedly to remove all of them -- we have already gone through all the reviews and removed a handful that do not meet our content guidelines. The rest do and thus have remained. If there are particular reviews the business feels still violate the content guidelines, they should feel free to re-submit them for review and we will take another look. However, I'm confident that the reviews in question have all been reviewed, and the same decisions will be made regardless of whether this business pays for any of our other services.

Hi [redacted],
Thanks for your message. Our engineering team now has also reviewed the post in question and it has brought up some unusual issues. I believe the review you're referring to is this one: https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.fit-tronics.com#6
The reviewer claims to have purchased...

something from your business, and in your messaging with the reviewer, the reviewer has provided additional order details. We have no way to verify whether the reviewer is telling the truth or if your business is. In these cases, we generally give the benefit of the doubt to the reviewer (I believe a SiteJabber customer service manager explained this to you via email). However, in this case, we can remove the review if you can clear up the following issue that the reviewer raises.
The business account you're using on SiteJabber appears to be this one:
https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.fit-tronics.com
Our engineers noticed that the business account shares the same IP address with these other business accounts:
https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.electronica-haus.myshopify.com
https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.firewire-media.com
https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.fz-electronics.com
Also, the screenshots on each of those accounts are identical except for the logo/name.
Can you explain this? Have you or your business ever have any connection with any of those other businesses?
If we can sort out exactly what is going on, and therefore understand if the reviewer is mistaken, we can remove the review.
Thank you for your help in resolving this.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
