The worst experience I have ever had with a builder
This builder is terrible. Customer service is terrible.
I could write a really long-winded review. I would never recommend them. Why? They are really bad.

Sitterle Homes' Director of Operations, [redacted], met with the [redacted]. Once the [redacted] approve the plan, Sitterle can schedule the work. We are headed in the right direction to get this resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the business's claim/response & attaching documentation as to why.Here are the reasons why I am rejecting the business's response.Copy of the inspectors report attached, this is the 3rd inspection report. The inspectors report notes the still existing code violations. Several are major items. Also note, the original inspection was 5 weeks prior to the last inspection. Allowing Sitterle more than enough time to correct the items the inspector found.Additionally, [redacted] told me Sitterle would NOT complete all the items that were noted on my "punch list", as he felt they were not code violations, even though the contract indicated Sitterle was required to do so. It was during this conversation, [redacted] told me we would close "by the 3rd week of December, or we would pursue other options,"Also, I had contracted for several custom items, ceiling timbers in the master, rounded timber above the fireplace, can lights in the laundry, placement of the rear fence in the wrong place. Placement of the outside HVAC units in a PUE easement without my prior knowledge.My concern became I would have to hire a different contractor to fix the problems Sitterle would not or could not fix. Causing me to spend additional money.Sincerely;[redacted]
