On July 31st at 5:pm, I received a text message from a unknown numberThe message reads " I had to fire my former billing staff because they were not doing much of what they needed to be for meSo I apologize I haven't overseen you getting a bill from me for your balance which if roughly $-carol [redacted] The second message read " My new billing office will be sending you statements but I don't want you to panic or anything...just pay$monthly if you can until the bill is paid off...is that feasible'" The third text read "Or an amount that works for you...."I was very nerve by all these messages with all of the money and identity scams out thereI had no idea who this lady was asking me for roughly $I blocked her number and googled her nameI looked into my health insurance providers and I had not seen Carol since July 17th 2015, it has been over two years almost to the dayI paid the $co-pays on every visit that I hadI was never told of any other feesNo
