I dealt with John, they charge more than what the market is for Gold when every other jeweler that day gave me a cheaper price per ounce. He has nerve to sell a scratched up piece & should be ashamed as a person & an owner & have more respect for his business than a greedy shady sales person. He wouldn't even go down a little bit & the piece was scratched & could not be fixed. He told me they would at least buff out (1) part & they did NOT I was stuck since I needed to pick it up for a Birthday present had no time. Karma for people like that. Next time I will not wait till last days I thought others would have the piece I wanted in stock, everyone else would of had to order it.

Review: I bought an engagement ring from Six Star Jewelry. My wife brought it back for polishing. She was told to leave it with Six Star Jewelry for an hour and then pick it up when polishing was finished. When we received item back, it looked different. It has now been confirmed that we do not have the diamond I purchased, but that the diamond was switched and there is a cubic zirconia that is now in the setting. No one has had this ring in their possession besides my wife and the Six Star Jewelry.Desired Settlement: Six Star Jewelry must make good and replace.
