Review: I placed an order with this company on March [redacted], and ordered 3 men's black silk ties, along with one men's vest. I received the order on March [redacted], but the box only contained the 1 vest and 1 men's tie. I sent them an email on 3/** requesting that they either send the other 2 ties or refund my credit card for the items. I did not get a response. I sent a second email on March [redacted], again no response. I contacted them by phone on April [redacted], only to be told someone would get back with me, but my phone call was never returned. I sent a third email on April [redacted], and still have no response from them. At this point it is well past the occasion that we needed the ties for, so I now want them to refund me the cost of the two ties I did not receive. My original order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund me for the two items I never received.

Review: If you look at the website for a navy blue poplin bomber jacket, it shows the color navy blue. When I received the jacket it was a black one. If I wanted a black jacket I would have ordered one. The color black is not even an ordering option. I emailed Six Star immediately and they said to send it back but will not refund or exchange. I would have to find another jacket. I said I wanted the navy blue poplin bomber jacket from the website.Desired Settlement: I would like the navy blue poplin bomber jacket --- the one PICTURED on the website. Not a black one.

This response is concerning a purchase pf a bomber jacket ordered on line @ [redacted]. This item style# 6051- Bomber Jacket in navy blue, customer called us stating that the jacket was not the color navy blue, we had explain to him that he could return it, and we will see if the color is black. When we received the item the color was indeed navy blue not black, it was a darker navy blue, but not black. We had also advice him to browse our website to see if there was another jacket which he might want to purchase. And this particular item is ordered from another warehouse not our site. The warehouse is called [redacted] tel. [redacted] in case you want to get in touch with them. We informed the customer that he would get a credit refund which we did on 7/*/13 same day we received the merchandise we credit it back to his account.
