I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11620610, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:1) When I called to confirm that I would be receiving a BMW series, they said the equivalent would be a Mercedes or Cadillac, an Audi was never mentioned.2) If you have the vehicles checked routinely, then why was my car in Czech and the entertainment center was blank for the first days of rental? It kept saying Doba Jizdy (Speed Alarm) whenever I went over MPH.3) I rented the car after hours on friday July 22nd, and called first thing Monday morning on July 25th : Phone: +SIXT CAR (8227) This is the same number I called to confirm my series reservation as described in 1) The woman on the phone said she was in Atlanta and there was no way to transfer me to Detroit Additionally when I was in the Detroit office to rent the car, I asked them for a direct line in case I had any problems and the woman said she couldn't give me one and the best way would be to call the reservations number.Regards,

To whom it may concern,At this time our colleagues at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport location have reviewed the matter and denied the request for refund of 5 rental days. However, a $discount was applied towards the final invoice and ask that the customer allow up to 7-business days for the difference to reflect to your account. The expectation was set that a separate communication will be forwarded to the customer's email on file.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to review it

that all our vehicles are checked thoroughly by members of our trained staff and any technical issues found are reported to be fixed/corrected prior to the next rental. However, despite careful maintenance, we cannot prevent occasional technical problems from occurring. These are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.We are not certain of the number used when attempting to contact us, but can confirm that our Reservations Team is available 24 hours per day.  We kindly ask that you provide us the number dialed and the dates and times so that we may further review the matter.Thank you for your time as we look forward to hearing back from you.
