and strive for excellence in customer service. We have a policy that the full refund is in effect after the date has been re booked. We have discussed your concern regarding your cancellation and your refund as in our company policy and being a new event venue we do not hold deposits they are reinvested into our business. We will however refund your full deposit and it will be less than the 90 days that are in our company policies and should be received no later than 60 days from your cancellation date of October 7th 2017.  If the date is booked sooner than we will forward a cashier check in the amount of $4200.00  There will be no fee for your cancellation at all the $600.00 is waived.[redacted]
