I contacted Johnson RV June 5th 2018: requested cancelation forms : they emailed forms to me and my wife to sign and email back to Johnson Rv., which we did that same day
I called Johnson Rv about weeks later to inquire about status of cancellationsThey told me that these procedures isually take to weeksI texted them again about days ago, still no reply on status of cancelationsI checked with Twin Star last friday, st
Purchased an RV to be delivered with a generator water and charged batteries
On the day of delivery I went to the store to confirm that it was being delivered to a raw piece of land and MUST be fully contained
They sent a driver who hadnt driven a fifth wheel in yearsHe damaged the unit getting it in on Nov 14th and broke the antenna on the unitIt wasnt charged and couldnt be open to fully level the unitThere was NO water and the generator wasnt installed at allNo call from companyI had to go in to deal with the issue as I was supposed to move in the day after thanksgiving
They sent an employee up with a hose, dry generator that had no cables to connect to the unit and the wrong antenna
He tried putting the batteries in but couldnt as there was something draining the batteries, they didnt bring and dummy keys to get in
Then it started raining, even if theyd had the right antenna couldnt install it in the rainI told them to call me as soon as he got back NO CALL b

It has been over months and will still have not received the titleOn Monday the 14th of May we were contacted by our loan officer that it cannot be titled because the title is in trust and the trustee cannot be locatedWe were not told that the Motorhome was in a trust at the time we paid them over $42,or we would have not purchased the Motorhome and looked at a different one
On May 17th we contacted Johnson RV and spoke with Mikel (Sales MGR) and explained our concerns and that we have not been contacted by any one from Johnson RV concerning this matter and that Johnson RV is in Breach of the contract for two reasons (1) We were not notified the Motorhome was in in Trust and that the title was not immediately available(2) Oregon State Title law requires a release of the title within days and we now are sitting at over daysI also firmly told her tha
