I signed a contract with Sizemore on 4/1/Up until this past month, they have been very helpful and I have had great customer serviceI received a summons in May and sent Sizemore a copyApril, 27, I knew something was going on due to junk mail I started receiving from attorney'sI notified Sizemore at that timeOn 5/I realized when I went on case net website that I was about to be receiving a summonsAt that time I asked Sizemore for a copy of the correspondence they had with the firm issuing the summons since I had notified them in November of that the account had been turned over to this firmI was not emailed or sent anythingI sent the summons when I finally received itOn 5/I asked for an updateI had begun to panic when I went to search for their website and I found these complaints with Revdex.comOn 5/and 5/I was reassured that they were working on it, but playing phone tag with the other attorney'sI have to be in court on 6/if this is not set

We have tried repeatedly, numerous times (over months) to contact Sizemore Law Group to close out our accountWe were to have our debts paid off in *** *** but they never closed our accountsInstead, they continue to take out of monthly fee from our account, our credit rating has dropped, and we've been receiving calls from debt collectors to retrieve money owed to some of our accounts that were to be closed out
