Review: I bought the sizzix eclips2 thru amazon.com in june 2014. they say because its past the timeframe I cant return it. when I contact sizzix and showed proof of purchase and a pic of the errors they said it was my blade was to hard. but thats not correct. I sent them the pic of the top portion of the cutout and it cut out beautifully. but when it gets down to the second half it goes beserk. they have not responded back and neither has craft edge that is the software associated with it. at first I thought it was the svgcuts.com file for the damask lantern but then I found it was doing it on more intricate cuts. I can only now cut simple cuts and the machine keeps getting worse and worse. now on simple cuts it dont like to cut on the left side. but I cant tell them that because they refuse to respond. the machine worked perfectly for 4 months with no problems and now there saying its me..NOT..there software craftedge is extremely buggyDesired Settlement: either please repair at their expense or refund me so I can purchase a quality machine that will work and I will ship back but at their expense
