Thank you for the updateWe would absolutely not be willing to let them put drainage in in front of our garageIf a paving company can't even pave a driveway properly (which is what they do for a profession), why would I want them to install drainage in my driveway? There are ruts, dips and cracks throughout our drivewayThe front third of my garage floods every time there is a steady rainAnd they don't think a refund is warranted? We got a loan to get our driveway replaced...this was not money we had lying around. Water pools up in our driveway (which should be flat) when it rains as badly as it did before the repairThere are cracks that, once water gets in and freezes, will likely become largerI have cabinets and drywall in my garage that have water damage. They don't seem to grasp the scope of thisWe paid almost $that we did not have for a repave and were left with a driveway full of dips, ruts, cracks that diverts water directly into my garage, damaging everything in its pathThere's hardly a smooth area on the entire driveAnd it looks like a hack job. This would be a slam dunk if it were to go to court, but I do not want thatAdmittedly, it's a huge hassle and as a former business owner, I know that I wouldn't want something like that potentially driving future business away. I would be willing to get three estimates from companies who actually install driveway drainage professionally and let them refund us the amount of the lowest estimate, plus the cost of two sheets of drywall (damaged by water coming into my garage) and the two cabinets which also received water damageBut I absolutely am not willing to let them touch my driveway againTheir work is horrible and historically they have been completely unreliable when it comes to returning calls or showing up at scheduled times.
