Hi [redacted] *** [redacted] , I looked at Customer Amazon order number, and they purchased this computer on Mon, Dec 25, 2017, looks like they have made a mistake in Year Customer states that they have open a return request and we declined that return requestI will 1st copy paste Amazon Return policy below so that you can have a better idea of the return, and this policy is at every front page on the listing where customer place their order to avoid such complaints and misunderstandings Warranty & Support Amazon.com Return Policy:You may return any new computer purchased from Amazon.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within days of purchaseAmazon.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the productAny returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the productAmazon.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than days after you receive the shipmentNew, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor Like I said they are on every page to make sure that customer can read about their return policy before placing the order, Since they have placed this order on Amazon.com we have to follow Amazon return policy which says that Amazon will not accept any return after days for a full refund All of our certified Refurbished products comes with a days of limited Warranty, which means that customer has days to fully inspect the unit and if they dont like the product or if they have any issue they can then return the computer within those days, after that days if customer has any issue with the computer within days of the purchase we only fix the computer, we dont take it back for a full refund Thanks, Ijaz [redacted] President

Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Amazon.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
