If you're thinking of renting from this company DO NOT DO IT! I'm 2 weeks past half my 1 year lease and I'm counting down the days until I leave!!

When I moved in I paid $150 "preparation fee" and to this day I'm wondering what about preparing this place for me cost $150? There were almost NO light bulbs in the place when I moved in, most of them came from my own stock, though I'm STILL waiting on the smaller bulb for my bedroom. I know I could have gotten one myself, but after a certain point, I just started wondering how long it would ACTUALLY take?! Especially since my manager is my neighbor.

I wasn't informed of the monthly bug sprays until I had an incident with a GIANT sewer roach! I'm still trying to decide whether it came from the unsealed shower fixtures (the knobs and shower head wiggle about) the leaky toilet (which admittedly, I haven't mentioned to the manager yet and only JUST discovered), the hole in the wall, from the time my water heater sprang a leak at 2am, but I was told to wait until the morning to do ANYTHING about it (I was left responsible to wait for the plumber) or if it walked under my completely uninsulated door from outside off the stunningly untrimmed palm trees. All of which, less the toilet, I've asked about time and time again since I moved in.

I could probably have asked my manager/neighbor a few more times, to be fair, but with her full time day job and seemingly plentiful familial obligations, it makes it harder to get things done efficiently.

Oh, also, I over paid my rent atleast once, and that money seems to have disappeared.
