This e-mail is to respond to the complaint Mrs [redacted] put inI was the one that made the sale, ***As you can see in the screenshots we both submitted, I was never disrespectfulI always tried to accommodate her service with our scheduleWe only have one technician and we are in Montclair, she is in VictorvilleIt is an hour drive give or take the trafficWe are always pretty booked with our schedule with deliveries but I would re-schedule some deliveries to be able for our guys to make itThey went out for two servicesOne for which they fixed the problem, and she messaged me through Facebook letting me know it was doing the same problem againThey went out a second time, and this time our technician sent me a video, which I will also attach, where it clearly shows that it is not making noise at allSo we drove out there, spent money on gas, and there was nothing wrong with the machineI will also attach a screenshot showing the date and time the video was sent to meIf there was a time she would call and I didn't answer, it was most likely due to me being busy with a customerMost of the time I am the only sales associate at the store so if I am with a customer, there is not anyone else to answer incoming callsShe did mention that the guys we sent didn't speak spanishThat is not an impediment for them to do their jobMrs [redacted] was never home when they would show upIt was her children that were there at the time of serviceShe did say they were over ageWhen our technicians would communicate with her about what service they were doing, and she didn't understand, she would let me know and I would call them, and I would call her back communicating to her what they told meThere was never a time where she didn't know what they were doing because I was always the third partyShe claims we sold her the appliances knowing they were damaged beyond repairI explained to her at time of purchase that all of the products we get go through the same process which is that they are taken to our warehouse which is about minutes from here to be inspected and make sure they are in working conditionWhen we sold them they were not making any noise or had any codes on displayThis happened a few days later so she can not claim that we knew because we did notAnd to finalize our statement, Mrs [redacted] purchased the appliances on November 16th Our store's warranty policy, which we also wrote on the invoice and we will attach a copy, is of DAYSBy the time she submitted the complaint with Revdex.com, and also up to this day, she is STILL UNDER WARRANTYI don't know why she is saying our intentions were to ignore her so her warranty can expireOur store's reputation is more valuable to us than spending gas moneyWe have never ignored our customer's service needs with the purpose of having their warranty expire

BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought a refrigerator from SJ Gomez Appliances @ ***. I paid $350.00 for it they took about a week to deliver it when it was delivered it did not work! I called them and made them aware of the problem. I ask them if I could possibly have a different one because I was afraid that when the warranty was up in 90 days that it may not work and I would be out my money I told them I don’t want my money back.. I just want something that works! They said No you bought it as is… But I explained to them you delivered it not working??? So they sent someone out to fix it. It worked for about 2 days and I complained again. They would not answer my calls I even went down to the store and they said that I would have to speak to the manager that was not in at the moment but leave my name and # and he would give me a call. I never received a call back from them. I went back to the store again spoke to the same girl I originally bought it from she said I’m sorry but you bought it as is .Told her but you sold me something that never worked! So I just want to let other people Not to buy anything from this appliance store because Now I am out a refrigerator and also my money.

I (***) was informed that Mrs*** wasn't present at both times so that is what I statedSecond, we do have caller ID but I don't sit there and choose which calls to answer and which calls to not answerMost of the time I am alone at the store and if I am with a customer, I will not answer phone callsThird, yes, our way of communication was since the beginning through Facebook messengerI don't have to answer my personal social media messages if I don't want toShe always had the store number since the beginning because I stapled a business card to the receiptShe is stating she called everyday but I can assure that is not trueIf she can prove with a calling log that she did, then I apologizeThe one time I did answer her call (not knowing it was her) I did tell her I was going to communicate it to my manager which I didThat is the time she started all this situationwhich was a MONTH before her warranty expiredNow, I am writing this after speaking to my manager and this is what the store is going to do; we do have the right to refuse service to anyoneHaving that said, we are going to schedule her for a last service appointment on Monday March 6th between AM - PM and we are doing this date because the manager will be attending this service appointment so Mrs*** is required to be thereOur technician and manager will leave her home leaving the dryer fixedMrs*** will have to sign a receipt stating she agrees her dryer is fixed and that will be the last time we schedule her for a free serviceWe will NOT reimburse her if she decides to get the dryer serviced somewhere else since the store is agreeing to have it servicedWe do not sell appliances knowing they don't work, and our store policy (which is written on the receipt) states that all sales are final, no refunds, no returns, no exchanges

This place is HORRIBLE!!! So my wife and I moved from northern California to southern California when we got into our new place we had to buy a washer and dryer so we tried to get a used one and decided to go with SJ Gomez Appliances we seen an ad on offerup.com. We purchased a washer and dryer set from them. When we received the washer we noticed a foul smell coming from it like a moldy smell so upon doing research we found out that front loading washers hold black mold in rubber seal and are often needing to be replaced. We pulled back the rubber seal on washer purchased from SJ Gomez Appliances only to find that it was filled with black mold not only was it on the rubber seal it was also in the detergent tray! We called them immediately and notified them about it. They told us they don't give refunds they said we could come look at other washer and dryer sets but if we happen to choose a dryer that was cheaper that they would not refund us the difference but if we picked a washer and dryer set that was more expensive that we would have to pay the difference how convenient for them. This place is a scam I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, [redacted] – I don’t know who you think you are talking to in that manner, but I suggest you fix your approach quick. I’m not one of your puppets lets start there. Like I have before will give you credit when it is due, but what I won’t do is tolerate no disrespect from you and no one else. Secondly, you can suggest and ask me if coming up with an agreement is feasible with me, but what you will not do is tell me as an adult what I will and will not do. You are not paying me for a service, you are servicing your damaged product. So address me correctly. – third, we were ONLY communicating via facebook down to the day I came to purchase the product, so if now all of a sudden its an issue with it being your personal social media, then don’t advertise from it, create a page for the business. Boo I suggest you line your ducks up before you come for me. And don’t come for me, unless I send for you. Forth, I don’t have a problem with getting a call long to prove myself, but at this point, I refuse to do anything else to prove my statement, because now I feel as if I'm doing what you want me to do and I refuse to do that. See what you think is I don’t have proof. And it is very clear through my facebook also the amount of times that I tried contacting you, the dates and times are listed - and I have a copy of it all. when prior too you would respond within minutes to an hour. Then when you were pissed and I didn’t bow down to you, you begin to ignore. So don’t respond, or reply to the Revdex.com complaint being pissed because I did file, you thought you were dealing with a dummy, you didn’t realize what or who you were dealing with when I sent a letter to your boss stating that you were good with dealing with customers and customer service. But it is clear that I only stroked your ego – which means an attempt to soothe, flatter or treat with indulgently. Because when I responded because of your lack of acknowledgement it pissed you off. Now since you want to dictate to me when I need to be home, this need to be done and addressed on my time now, because I refuse to rearrange my schedule or miss money as a result of your negligence to attend to my request. Had you addressed it sooner, and wasn’t ignoring me, it wouldn’t have forced me to contact Revdex.com, so learn how to treat people that are spending money in your establishment, because without people like myself, you wouldn’t have a job. So don’t allow your minimum wage job to give you rights to insult, degrade or talk down to others. Now March 6 don’t work for me, I work Monday-Friday, so if you want me there, it need to be a weekend. And I’m not signing nothing because if it’s not fixed, or go out when you leave, I still feel you didn’t fix the problem like it has been since day one. Oh and you stated that you were informed that I wasn’t there, stop lying – I was there and offered them water and joked about beer with them so don’t insult me. Keep playing with me if you want too. As for as you stating this is the last time we schedule her for a free service, I think you need to retrack your statement, because you are not giving me anything for free. It’s what you owe me because it was under warranty. So address me correctly if you will. And lets keep at the facts if you want to resolve this matter. Now if you want to schedule a service call with me, by all means, and if not my suggestion of paying for it to be fixed still stands. Because you now want me to dance to your music and I refuse because I have already tried that. And now that I have contacted Revdex.com you want to pretend to offer me something good, when its what I was already entitled too. [redacted] have a great day and when you figure out how to address me, we can do business again.
