I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Obviously, this is a fraudulent company and twists everything into words that were not saidI stated that I had owned several online businesses and that they could not contact the police to resolve this issueIt is a $transaction, I have the emails that said to keep the merchandise as "their gift" and was lied to about sending out a second package (have the emails as proof) and they will not admit to that claimI am the one who traced the package and spent hours on the phone with the post office, I am the one who begged for a response via email and they are a company with phone information even on the Revdex.com websiteMy order arrived a mess (obviously it had taken a beating since it arrived weeks later in degree weather) and it is up to them at this point to leave me alone, realize that they issued the refund on THEIR behalf and the threats that have been made are legally considered slander after speaking with my attorneyI will not respond to anymore Revdex.com responses other than by keeping my complaint and asking them to leave me aloneThe post office will credit them the shipping fee and the contents of the package $(insurance) if they would just file a claim and move on from hereThis no longer needs to involve meAt this point, this is the worst company I have ever dealt withI will also be speaking with *** to let them know how they are handeling their transactions with their customers (poorly with threats.) Time to move on and get some customer service skillsI will not remove my complaint, as this is what the Revdex.com is intended forTo report bad business practices to other consumers to protect them

Thank you for contacting us.Mrs. [redacted] placed an order on our website. A few days later we were notified by Mrs. [redacted] that the package had not arrived. She called left numerous messages and sent numerous emails regarding her package. Mrs. [redacted] became very abusive and made threats towards our...

company. Here are some examples of these threats from her emails. These were copied and pasted from her emails."I most definitely will NOT be making any payment, seriously an invoice. You guys are lucky I didn't report you to your payment processors, [redacted], or the Revdex.com. It took 2 weeks, a few lies and I reordered through [redacted] because you guys were unprofessional and had false claims. Please let me know if there is a problem and my attorney on retainer can contact you directly. Thank you."Firstly, the package was shipped the same day. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by the [redacted] which is clearly stated on our terms and conditions the customer agreed to before check out. The customer selected [redacted] Priority Mail which is not a time sensitive service nor is it guaranteed.Secondly, the abusive tactics used by Mrs. [redacted] forced us to issue a full refund because we feared the package was lost. Even in the case of a lost package a claim has to be filed with the mail carrier. We did not want to inconvenience Mrs. [redacted] any further so we issued a full refund. Soon after the claim was filed with the post office was able to find the package and deliver it which has been confirmed. After, the package was confirmed delivered we sent Mrs. [redacted] a discounted invoice for all the inconvenience caused by the post office. Now, she has refused to pay the invoice and continues to make abusive threats of a law suit. We have asked kindly multiple times for payment or send us back the items. We even offered to pay for the return shipping. Now, since we continued to ask for payment she finally made good with her threats by contacting the Revdex.com. All we ask is for her to pay the discounted invoice or send us back our merchandise (We will provide the return shipping label).Everything on our website has FREE SHIPPING. Customers are not charged a shipping fee. All customers have the option to purchase time sensitive delivery service which is guaranteed on our website.

This is our final response. Please understand your attempts to extort free merchandise is illegal and will not be acceptable. Please provide here on this Revdex.com communication that you notified us that the package arrived damaged or the contents in the package was damaged. Again, we are willing to resolve this matter not by causing harm you or your name but by simply returning the items you purchased (we will provide the return shipping label). If the items you claim are damaged please keep the items and provide photo proof the damage so we can file the insurance claim with the post office. You will not need to do anything further nor will we ask for payment. Problem solved. If you do not accept then you are again attempting to extort merchandise from us. If you are not happy with our service we sincerely apologize as we are trying very hard to resolve this matter.  We are fighting to resolve this matter because of your threats made against us.
