I sent a tablet in for my Autistic 11 year old daughter to have the screen fixed.3 months later I still have no tablet!My daughter is heartbroken! I sent it in August 25th 2014. I was told it would be returned to me 3-4 weeks. It is now 3 months later and her tablet is "still at the warehouse because of a mix up with my address". After calling for the last 6+ weeks almost every [redacted] day I still have no tablet and my daughter is heartbroken!!! Their 'support team" does nothing but give out lies if any response at all, and majority of them can barely speak english! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Desired SettlementI want her tablet OVERNIGHTED to me, exactly how it was, with the screen fixed!!! And I will never do business with these people EVER again!!! People should be made aware of this so no one will have to go through this ever again either! Business Response We replaced Ms [redacted] tablet and shipped it to her via[redacted] 9/4/2014.[redacted] returned the unit to us due to an incomplete address. We re-shipped the tablet 11/24/14 via[redacted] tracking #[redacted]Consumer Response They sent me a replacement tablet, but it is a peice of [redacted]! They were supposed to upgrade it to a 9 inch for all the ** they put us through, which they did NOT do, and now this one won't even hook up to my wifi! I am done with this company! I threw out the peice of [redacted] and will buy my daughter a new one with a real company who knows how to do business! My advice, don't ever let these [redacted] do business with you! Anyone!
