At this time, I have been contacted directly by Richair Comfort Solutions? regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The owner agreed to replace our units hoever when we contacted them with a date to come to the house the next day to schedule an install date the owner indicated we acted "too" soonnow we arwe back to where we started as they are trying to negotiate with Mitsubishi- The owner Boris came to the house on Thursday evenng 9/**- we contacted them on 9/ [redacted] based on what he had told us the previous evening and nothing thus far ? ? ? ? On February **, *** *** *** signed a contract with us, Richair Comfort Solutions, for the installation of a Mitsubishi air conditioning systemThis contract states that if it is cancelled within business days of acceptance (written notice required) he would be entitled to a full
refund.Our Installation Department began mobilizing on this job (ordering related equipment and materials, creating work orders and prepping our install crew) all the while not receiving word (written nor verbal) that *** *** wanted to cancel his contract with our companyIt was not until March **, (a little over month from the date the customer signed the contract with us) that our Installation Department was verbally informed by *** *** that he wanted to cancel his contract

I did call in and canceled the agreement the very next day (talked to Louis) and then followed up again with Louis and eventually I was told Louis is no longer with Richair Comfort SolutionI am not sure why they tend to skip this part of the story that I was attempting to cancel this when Louis was still with the companyThey fast forward to conversation call when I called back again and asked again for Louis and at that time I was told Louis is no longer working thereSo I started to explain what is the reason for my calls and then they managed to stretch this over the next month and refused to issue full refund… simple as that… They used departure of Louis to their advantage and dishonored my previous conversations I had with Louis? They know all the details as after Louis departure I explained ALL this in details to Amanda when I was transferred over to her after I was told Louis is no longer working there ? As I explained before, those were the calls when I asked for
refunds, starting with the very next day as I explained numerous times already
Richair Comfort Solution is now trying to twist things around and came up with some
potential scenarios for each callThe fact is that I requested this to be
canceled the very next dayThe deposit was collected/initiated on initial visit
when the sales person was at my placeAt that time he collected all
information and I signed the contractThe very next day I called Richair
Comfort Solution and requested this to be cancelled
?
Hypothetically, If I wouldn’t
cancel the project as I claim the very next day, why on earth, days later my
installation did not even start?? If
Richair Comfort Solution still insist that the very first time I asked for
refund was days after we signed the contract, then as I stated before ??" this
would be another reason to cancel
?
