Revdex.com: This is still unacceptable as I came into the office in Payson & was told by the lady in the office that I had no payment due!!!!!!!! Whatever happened to the "customer is always right??????" I did as I was to do!!! I called the 800# THREE (3) times & was told there was no payment due!! I went into the office the next day & was told there was no payment due!!!!! If I need to complain to [redacted] , please provide me with a name & contact number so I can contact them!!!!If this was on me & I failed to pay my premium on time, I would gladly pay the $reinstatement fee, but to be misinformed not once, not twice, not three times is total b.s.!!!!!! This Client was insured with *** Insurance They charge a $fee to reinstate a policy I cannot comment on the response she got from them when she called to pay her bill My agency charges no fees to any client unless they bounce a check in our office Her complaint
