Review: I contacted them several time with emails and numerous phone calls. He set up time to come look at the crack in the hot tub and them back out and then when he finally came, no estimate and said he would contact me the following day. I called and left numerous messages and emailed with no reply. The weather was warm and now is turn colder and this has gone on for a month. There is no way this can be good customer service and it would be a big disservice to customers for you to recommend them. I have the phone records, messages and lack of email replies.Desired Settlement: I would like for an apology for incredibly poor service and leading on the customer. Just be honest and up front. I would also like for the Revdex.com to not endorse them so other customers do not have to go through this painful process. Revdex.com should endorse honest hardworking people and they should get the business.
