Hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever experiencedCalled Friday to set up an account an schedule services, installation was scheduled for the next dayNo one shows up so I call TWC againTurns out the previous employee did not input my services or installation in correctlySpend 47minutes on the phone to get it sorted outNew installation time is for the following day (Sunday)Again no one showsI call TWC again and turns out the woman put my installation request on the wrong day AGAIN for a day and time I would be at work and not at homeSo now installation is scheduled a week away on a Sa

Horrible customer serviceSpent almost hours on different phone calls, they keep making mistakes on my account and they have still not resolved the issue

I have recorded all the minutes it took me just to get the answer that Time Warner will have to increase my bill because the original order placed (less than a week ago) was done wrong and I was promised something other than what I wanted After several warm calls and finally getting a supervisor named Bruce who (after a two hour phone call) told me the best they could do was give me TV, (w/ DVR) Internet & Phone (Because that bundle is cheaper) for total tax & service fees for & change for three months to make up for the time & run around I lost and was given then your total bill would be What? Here is what I was quoted: 108.32, 118.79, 128.48, 140.48, 146.00, In less than a week! On top of this they forgot to hang up the phone so I listened to what was said after they thought the phone call ended and highly unprofessional I was patient, more than patient and treated so poorly I cannot even fathom the disconnect up & down the chain My review, more than likely, will fall on Very Deaf ears and I am not telling the next person to read this not to go with TW for the record only

Loyal TWC customer since At no choice of my own, my cable and internet was switched to SpectrumReceived first Spectrum bill and with no change to my TWC service package, my bill jumped from $to $a monthAfter multiple calls and FB correspondence to see what comparable packages they could offer, Spectrum was unwilling to do anything about the bill except try to upsell me on even more expensive packagesComplete disregard for the purpose of my callI then shopped online for rates and found Spectrum packages available at better rates, around $per month as advertisedAfter speaking with the customer service/sales rep regarding the packages I found online, she said my price would be even higher than the $I'm being charged for now and that I wasn't eligible for those packagesHow can the price be jacked up without any change to your service? Infuriating to say the leastThe CS department is completely ineptAnd based on the reviews on social media, internet searches, YouTube, Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs, there are a lot of upset peopleThe cable industry is a scanExtortionThey make it so difficult and uncomfortable to change services that no one wants to go through the hassle of making the change and simply accepts being extortedCompletely aggravated by this forced changeoverHorrible customer service and very advertising

I signed up for installation of Voice/Internet/TV When the installer arrive he informed me I needed a grounding rod connected to the electrical panel I already had a grounding rod but for some reason he didn't like it Then he told me I had to have another one installed and he was NOT qualified! Then he proceeded to give me a name and phone number of a "friend" Come to find out the grounding rod and installation would cost $ So I cancelled the installation There are many concerns with the handling of the installation:
1) The technician was NOT qualified REALLY??? WHY WASN'T HE QUALIFIED???
2) $so a "friend" can install! I wonder how much of a kick back Spectrum is receiving????
3) I had several other service at this location by Spectrum's competitors and they did NOT require a grounding rod that they specified4) Does Spectrum have issues with their equipment???
5) Does their equipment have the potential to damage the home owners equipment???

Since spectrum has taken over the customer service has gone down hillThey will not allow post dated payments if customers fall behind on the bill and they will not even work with you when you tell them you can pay it within hoursYou can wake up in the morning with service and then all of a sudden it's shut off after several hours instead of turning it off at the end of the business day or first thing in the AMWhen we move from our current apartment I will no longer be continuing services with this companyThe total lack of communication with customers and lack of willingness to work with them is horribleThey changed the policy on accepting post dated payments to turn service back on or avoid service interruption but did not notify the customers because "they are a luxury service and they don't have to tell their customers of any policy changes." As was told to my husband and I of an employee of the company when we were trying to set up an arrangement to get our services turned back on

TWC represents the main problem with consolidation in the cable businessThey essentially run a monopoly in the areas they serviceI live in an apartment building and TWC is my only optionThe issues are numerousThere are technical issues: paid channels are very frequently unavailable, DVR mis-records and memory fills despite only a few shows being recorded, the mobile app does not work, frequent outagesThere are service issues: no satisfactory resolution to problems, defer, delay, deny is their main posture towards our complaints, promises, a vicious circle of transferring problems from one department to another until the consumer give up in frustrationWe've had a technician in our unit more times than I would like to rememberThere are clearly infrastructure and know-how issues that they are not willing or not capable of resolvingI hope and expect consumer advocacy groups works with the FTC to force TWC to fix these issues, partially reimburse costumers for insufficient service, and most importantly create competition in this space to allow the free market to appropriately punish this cable company

Sooooo Frustrating! I've made calls and two e-mails and you cant get anyone to actually handle anythingThey have been charging my Company $a month on automatic withdrawal four months after we turned off our internet! The worst Company everUse someone else!

Have been waiting for weeks now for service repairAll I get is a run around

TERRIBLE If you have ANY other choice, even if it's slower, go with them Spectrum was over-charging me for months It took me about phone calls, finally resulting in calling corporate, before they gave me my money back I asked for extra money back since I had to spend so much time but they didn't do that I finally gave up And that's not all! When I finally cancelled, the lady on the phone told me "Don't pay your bill now Just wait for them to pick up the boxes and you'll get a final amount You can pay it all at once They will call you to schedule a pick-up." They NEVER called to schedule They called me from their COLLECTIONS department!!! The guy was at the old house to collect, but told me if I didn't pay the past due balance, it would go on my credit report I had to send my husband back to the old house to meet the guy and pay him and give him the boxes I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY

to all that get suckered into calling for a great deal, it's not going to happen1st I'm speaking to someone initially and for over a half hour they take all pertinent information such as SS#, date of birth, I get a price (taxes included + a one-time charge which I agreed to for installation of equipment) and then they forward me to someone else to confirm the dealThen it turns out to be no where near the same price quotedIt is wrong to 1st get all personal informationIt should only be given when finalizing the deal with the 2nd personThis practice is unjust and Revdex.com should demand they they change their policyThey have all my personal information and of course I did not sign an agreement with their serviceOrder # **SSN*** was! Conclusion was I denied the service!

I "chatted" with a representative on 12/and made payments arrangements to pay by bill on 12/ The representative assured me that this was ok, they made the note on my account and also assured me that there would be no interruption in my service She asked If I had any further questions I said no and she said have a nice night I came home today and my service was off I "chatted" with time warner today and they said I needed to speak to someone He put in a request to have someone call me and 7.5hrs later I am still waiting for a call I called myself earlier and was on the phone for 48min and got NO WHERE They told me there were no notes in the system Then, when I recited what the online rep told me, the rep on the phone when back into my acct and magically found the notes from 12/ I was place on hold and no one ever came back I had to hang up because I had been on the phone for 48minutes AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Unfortunately, this is the only internet service in my area....I do not use them for cable due the the worst customer service EVER
