I am rejecting this response because: there was never an appointment set for me*** said that they would be able to do it Friday but I never set up an appointment with racewayI don’t appreciate raceway ignoring the fact that I said I don’t want the car anymore and that I believe it’s a lemon*** is the person who told me that “you can take the car anywhere.” When in fact, I called Superior Protection Plan and they told me that the Ford dealership or he dealership I bought it from are the only two ways to fix the carIt sat in *** for over a week because all the could do was a diagnosticI went to the ford dealership and they have techs out with the flu and she wasn’t sure how long it would take for my car to get fixedAll raceway did was waste my time and dollars that I will never get backI want a new carOne that doesn’t have any problems where I have to constantly go back to raceway and get the run aroundI could have had my car fixed if *** didn’t tell me that I can go anywhereI would appreciate it if raceway didn’t continue to lieI never made the appointment and nobody ever called me and told me about any appointmentI work a full time job and can not take off from work to please racewayI want something done because I am still not able to drive my car that I put five grand on.

I would appreciate it if raceway didn’t continue to lie. I never made the appointment and nobody ever called me and told me about any appointment. I am rejecting this response because: for the air conditioner, no one touched the filter so the filter that was in there was from raceway. No one changed the oil. I went to [redacted] and the woman pulled up my hood and told me to come here and she showed me that the oil cap was missing and that there was oil all over the cars engine. I never got an oil change and I immediately brought it to them at raceway. On another occasion, I was sitting in the [redacted] parking lot and had just parked my car and went to turn the car off and the car wouldn’t turn off. I could take the key out and the car would still be on and I towed it to raceway and they told me that the car was never doing it when I have several witnesses who tried to turn the car off. My mother never used profanity or foul language towards any of those employees. I have not been able to drive my car because of these leaks and Ive had a rental car that is costing me a fortune. I have had it with this car and I believe they sold me a lemon. If their slogan is “for the people.” They aren’t treating me very nicely. I always get rude employees talking down to me like I’m an it. I do not want this car anymore. It’s only four years old and I’ve only had it for eight months and I’ve seem raceway for more problems than my parents had to see a mechanic for the 2001 Ford Taurus that they drive. I put a lot of money down on this car that I just wasted. I do not accept this.

Tell us why here...Response to [redacted] complaint: I've reviewed our records and spoken with our personnel these are the records on file. 1. 1st service 6-19-17 issue - ac not working remedy - moved air conditioning button to maximum ac setting no charge 2. 2nd service 8-7-17 issue - oil on...

the motor examination showed a different oil filter had been installed since the original service performed at the dealership, and the oil cap was missing causing oil to blow on the engine. customers mother stated someone else had changed the oil remedy - performed an oil change and replaced the cap no charge 3. 3rd service 9-5-17 issue - air conditioning not blowing well remedy - replaced cabin air filter Full and Final release form signed no charge 4. 4th service 2-5-18 issue - oil leak remedy - opened warranty claim, claim approved, pending delivery of part, appointment set for Friday, Feb 9th $100 deductible required 5. due to the profanity and foul language directed at our employees I will only allow the work to be performed this Friday if Ms. [redacted] and her mother are willing to have a civil conversation. otherwise, the maintenance on her car will need to be performed elsewhere.
