I had a significant problem with my septic system and called Sellers Septic because I had heard they did good work When I called, they were not customer oriented at all and had no interest in my problem
When I spoke with a representative, I was not even able to discuss the problem before the individual said the work was to hard for them based on where I lived and that they could not help me It seemed like my call was an inconvenience for them
This was the only company who said the work was too difficult Before I could even ask for a recommendation, they hung up

I have received this complaint a few days ago . I apologize for the late response . The last time I spoke to...

[redacted] she was completely satisfied with the work completed other than the drywall
and the excavation .
The excavation was not completed because her husband had stone work to still complete and she had sent the excavator hired for the job away because she wanted to bring extra dirt from somewhere on the property to make the ground higher .
As for the drywall, [redacted] ( [redacted]’s husband ) spoke to me about this and we had agreed that they was going to bring [redacted] in and repair the issues they had with the drywall per hour. He also could call the excavator when his work was completed.
As far as the other or new complaints ,  [redacted] nor [redacted] have never spoke to me about any of these and had went on an expedition for new complaints to try to get me to lower the price we had agreed upon because they went over budget .
I even up to this day have never refused to repair or fix any legitimate problems . They have not  called  me to complain or ask for an explanation of the things that they hired a home inspector to supposedly find.
Of the things he listed , they are either false or quotes of code that do not exist for this property or chosen to be ignored by the customer when they were informed.  I will not go into further detail and will just say this will all be proven in court if it comes to that .
Even though I believe to be taken completely  advantage of because I fronted the money to these customers because they could not afford the down payments , used my personal money to finance this project and still continue to pay interest on the money for materials that went into  the project. I will submit an offer .
I do not wish to go into further detail and just say my position and proof that the complaints are false or not of my fault  will be brought to court if it comes to that .
I have hired an attorney because after they were completely satisfied they just continue to look for any and every excuse to not pay . Even If I repaired everything they claim to be wrong , she would just hire someone else to say more things were wrong.
As you know a business can not run without a  budget .  All I have ask is to be paid what we agreed upon . Again I have never refused to fix anything . I just can’t operate a business if the customers do not pay what they owe.
I will give a few options for the customer to solve whatever their  issues are .
option    1. just pay the bill and I will come fix anything that is legitimately wrong. Which I don’t understand why never has happened because I have never refused to repair anything. Or
option    2 . I will knock off 3600.00 off the bill and cut all ties with the customer which means they would only have to pay me 11500.00 instead of the 15104.00 they owe and will drop the lien.
Either option is fine with me but by the hateful way [redacted] speaks of me ( for whatever unknown reason to me ) I will take less money to help her out of her problem . If they really have complaints I will come and fix them !!!!!  Which is what any customer should want.
I just need the money we agreed upon to operate. If neither option is chosen .  I will just continue forward with my attorney and add the interest and attorney fees to my claim.
