Thank you for informing us of this complaintMs [redacted] did cancel her reservation within days of her arrivalOur cancellation policy clearly states that if a guest cancels within days and we can rerent the room we would return her deposit minus the $cancellation feeWe were unable to rent her room for that evening therefore the entire deposit is forfeitedMs [redacted] received an email to that effect when she reserved the roomShe argued that we were sold out that evening but we were notShe also threatened to have other members of her group cancel their reservation in retaliation and spoke harshly to our front desk clerk.Our actions were completely within our stated cancellation policy[redacted] ***
