him that we are on back order due to the amount of sales at the S.A.L.E. Mr. [redacted] decided to purchase the polo anyways knowing the item was on back order. On March 3, 2016 at 8:31pm (after hours of operation) Mr. [redacted] emailed SKALES® via our online contact us drop down stating he has not received the shirt yet, and if we are unable to ship the shirt to his address he would like a refund. On March 4th, 2016 at 8:40am (before hours of operation) I ([redacted]) President of SKALES® emailed him back letting him know we are still on the same back order and will be able to ship the polo as soon as we have it from manufacturing, or if he so choose would refund his payment back to him. March 4th, 2016 at 11:13am Mr. [redacted] sent this following email copied and pasted here: "I would like a refund for the in-convincel know y'all have sold out and understand the issue. I love calls product and will be a customer in the future just when stock is available." -Mr. [redacted] I submitted to Squareup (our P.O.S. system of choice for the show) on March 4th, 2016 at 1:46pm the refund to Mr. [redacted]. Square up received the submission and posted two separate refunds totaling the full refund into his account with the last post, hitting his account at March 8th, 2016 at 10:12am. 1 emailed Mr. [redacted], regarding the issues at hand that he submitted to the Revdex.com, I have received the following email back from him regarding the situation (printed email as attachment). One other discrepancy on the Revdex.com report is the Purchase Date: The current date on the Complaint states the Purchase date of 2/5/2016 (the S.A.L.E. dates were Feb. 11th-Feb. 28th, 2016.) We did not even get back to the offices from tear down till Tuesday, March 1st, 2016. Please let me know what else SKALES® can do to further assist this discrepancy.
