The company offers a day trial You receive the product late, try to call to cancel, put on hold for longer than minutes They say leave a message No return calls Hence, end up paying for a product that does not do what they say it does I am now charged for a product that does absolutely nothing I have used it for days and there is not a change Also, when you call customer service for different products because they say they are separate business's they both use the same conversations, and also the same bs line about doing "me a favor" and refunding 1/the amount To have to wait for a long period of time on hold for a return line shows they must be dealing with many more complaints
Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered If it's too good to be trueTheir phone system must be broken because the calls never seem to go through to a real person I have given up on a refund.and I guess I'm stuck with unopened packages of product All I want is to cancel any future mailings and credit card charges I guess I'll use the stuff I have as expensive lotion for my legs - at least I don't have wrinkles there (yet)
I have tried calling; long wait, no answer, left message to cancel They continue to bill my card, in spite of sending product back, unopened, and canceling

Do NOT support this deceitful companyI had saved the "terms" before ordering, "just in case", I needed to reference them I should have trusted my gut instinctThe site where I ordered did not mention anything about the requirement to return the product, if cancelled before the trial periodWhen I spoke to the representative on the phone she seem to accept my argument and cancelled my subscriptionMonths later, I received an invoice from a collection agency that I owe $I have since deleted the "terms" I had saved and no longer have proof of the deceit Also, I just researched the company and I found some other terms somewhere saying that by purchasing the product you waive your right to any type of class action suit or lawsuitHmm..I wonder why? I also support other users claim the the product arrives late, so the week trial is more like week Btw - The product is no better than other higher quality over the counter skin creams
Like so many others I feel this company operates by deceptive measures to get you to order the trial size. When my trial size arrived, I was out of town. I did not even get home to open it during the 10 day (which I discovered after the fact) "trial period". I had not even used the cream when I got a charge on my credit card. I too am now stuck with the cream. I decided to make the best of the situation and give it a try. I have been using the cream for a month now, and I truly see NO results. Please save yourself some money and lots of frustration, and do NOT buy this product.
Yes, I too was foolish in not investigating this company's claims prior to ordering. Like others, I am convinced this is a less than a legitimate company. Again, Dr. Oz is being quoted as a person promoting this company - WRONG! In a weak moment, I did read ALL the way through their claims, but either the point size of the text was so small or they used invisible ink to clearly explain the terms of the trial size order. It reads in such away to suggest that you can try their "sample" product and since so many legitimate companies do provide free trail sizes for the consumer to use, I didn't think this to be odd as we were paying for the shipping. Low and be hold, 20 days later, I too discovered the full charge on my credit card. Had to suck it up and accept their terms, but cancelled any further purchases. However, I just received another order and a charge to my credit card. Here we go again... By the way, absolutely no change in my skin after using it for 30 days. A SCAM!!
This company offers a free sample. Somewhere, there must have been some small print that they are also signing you up for future shipments. Can't get them to stop, even though I'm not getting them - just the bill.

They attached there advertisement to a story from Dr. Oz on another product. Poor customer service. Yes you do agree to terms but it is done in such a way that it borders on deceitful. They are taking advantage of people and it will catch up to them. Don't sign up for the free trial unless you want to be in to them for 80+ dollars a month. When you call to cancel they make you pay to ship back unused trial. Bad Business!!!
