I was not provided a refund. They placed the plaque on my grandmother's burial plot. They also mentioned that they would be placing flowers on her grave site for a year, but they only placed them one time, and the groundskeeper have taken them off. So this is not true.]

I feel if I waited so long after employee after employee wouldn't give me a direct answer of what happened to the memorial till I had to ask a manager what happened ..I feel they should compensate me for the trouble they caused and the lack of compassion their establishment showed and how irresponsible they were ..All the manager could do was say he was sorry after spending thousands of dollars to make sure I carried out the deceased wishes
