I am sorry for the length of time it took me to answer your letterWas our of state on vacation Myself and one of my key employees checked our exterior cameras, *** left the building at 8:PM at 8:PM (minutes) I went outside and informed her that we do not allow loitering, she had
to be inside a vehicle or go back inside She never sat in her vehicle, but leaned on the right front fender Shortly there after she went back inside the rink and talked to a male and left the rink She made her choice to leave the rink She could have stayed and skated with her friends I have owned and managed this rink for years I have yet to disrespect any customer Even with ***s outburst of letter words(F---) Since she had a choice to skate and instead left the rink, I won't be reimbursing her $ Sincerely *** ***
