Review: I ordered some products from the man that runs this company/website. He shipped me the wrong products and I contacted him through email. He immediately replied where to return them so I could get what I wanted and agreed to ship me what I ordered. After sending him back the merchandise, and wasting more of my money getting it back to him, he cut all communication and left me with nothing. I have all the email conversations on record.Desired Settlement: This man took back the merchandise and agreed to return me what I had ordered. I would like to receive my money back and be compensated for the wasted money on shipping back the merchandise to him. At the very least, he should be required to refund my wasted money on shipping and send the merchandise that I bought and paid for.

Review: I paid US$194.85 for 3 skateboards from this seller on 21/11/2011 to be delivered to my home address in Australia. The seller issued me with a receipt for purchase. I had got to know his skateboard stock through his Facebook shop and online shop. I interacted with the seller many times through Facebook, politely inquiring about when I might expect delivery of the three skateboards to my address in Australia. The seller kept promising to send the goods. Many times he would ask me to remind him the description of the boards I had purchased, he would then again promise to send the goods, always apologizing for the delay. I persevered for three months as he continued to be genuinely promising to send the goods soon (by which time my ability to claim a refund through PayPal had expired). I then started politely asking for him to refund me the money I had paid him. Initially I did this privately through Facebook, and he never responded, so eventually I started requesting a refund publicly on his Facebook page - each request was deleted soon after it was posted. At this point he blocked me from Facebook, so I was no longer able to engage with his page. I sent my final email of demand to him for pursuit of a refund on 1/5/2012. And on 27/7/2012 used my wife's Facebook account to post a warning to other potential buyers. At this point I noticed that there were many other buyers who had posted comments on his page about never receiving goods they had purchased. He has never replied to any of my request for a refund. I see from his URL that he is still operating an online business and I do not want anyone else to go through what I have been through with this business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the US$194.85 and I would like other consumers to be made aware of this terrible business.
