Review: I just bought these white non slip shoes that I got from this store that I needed for work a week ago. Not sure exact date since I work two jobs and he didn't give me my old reciept back. I tried them on in the store and they fit so I bought them. I went to work in them and worked a whole shift with them and the back of my heels got sores since they were rubbing on them. I tried heavier socks but they still cut up my skin on my heels to the point I hardly could walk in them. Today to February 10th 2015 I tried to take these shoes back and just because they got used and a little dirty they gave me store credit even though I don't want no shoes from skechers again and I had my receipt because they told me that even though they cut into my heels they can't put them back on the store shelves to resale them. This was the manager and his name is shawn. There was another lady there who didn't even wait on customers who was in the store but she came over to but in without her name tag and said we tell people to try on the shoes before they purchase them. So they told me it was damaged product because I worn them. Now I have this store credit card of $64.99 that I don't even want and I had two employees telling me that since I worn there product that they sold me which at the time no one even acknowledged that I was even there when I bought them that they are damaged since I put my foot in them for work. I felt embarrassed and offended. I don't think I should get store credit for making me get more bad, useless shoes from a company who doesn't give a damn about their customers and those people should be ashamed of themselves for selling those kind of shoes who hurt you. I will never buy skechers shoes again. I didn't understand who they got sued but I do know now.Desired Settlement: I want my $64.99 back in cash instead of store credit card and better quality shoes that doesn't hurt your nothing while wearing them especially the heels. I would like them to see them get cut up on their own products of shoes and see how well you can walk in them afterwards.
