Skeeterbuggins Production was the hired Videographer for our Distinguished Young Woman program on April 29, 2017. We paid $300 for the program show to be videographed and for 16 DVDs: one for each of our 12 participants, 3 court members and 1 for committee archive. On August 16, 2017, I realized we hadn't received the DVD's and sent Skeeterbuggins owner, Jared Breshears, an email stated we hadn't received them. He promptly responded, "I sent those beginning of June. All I remember is sent it in a big envelope. I can’t remember the address I sent them to though. I assume from your email that you didn’t get them, so if you could remind me of the number needed and a good address, I will send them out on Monday or Tuesday to you. I will send it Priority this time so it can be tracked." I responded with address and awaited the DVD's arrival. On September 9th, we still had not received the DVD's. I emailed Skeerbuggins owner again with no response. Since then parents, other committee members, and myself have left voicemails and emails with no response to the issue. It is now November 6th and we have still not received the DVD's we paid for from our April 29th program.
According to our records, the 16 discs as requested were delivered on November 8th via USPS. Tracking number is provided: ***.
I have provided the email response I sent the client after I had sent their package on November 7th, it also includes the email sent to me.
I had asked to provide evidence that this has arrived, as well as documentation that they had responded to the Revdex.com that this was resolved as well as documentation that they had dropped whatever legal action they have taken. I did send a package of DVDs originally in June to this organization so this is the second attempt to deliver these. As I have not received any legal documentation about any civil action and the client has not responded, I consider the matter closed on my end.
