When I saw this complaintI was very surprised someone was trying to get in touch with meI called the customer right away, and sent one of my guys over to see what the problem wasApparently we replaced his meter pan and outside wiringI had called the inspection agency, but they never got in
touch with the homeowner, like I asked them toWe should've followed up with the customerHowever, I don't know why he couldn't get in touch with meEnding resultI apologized to the customerCalled and made sure the inspection agency went to his houseI emailed him the certificate, and now he is in touch with PSE@G awaiting a new meter
