This company was hired by my general contractor in June of to install a new furnace and air conditioning in my home since I was adding square footageLast summer I contacted my general contractor multiple times explaining how the unit was not working appropriatelyThis company came out several times and discovered multiple things they had forgotten to attach, one specifically a drainage pipe on the inside for the moistureAgain this summer my unit was not working again and I contracted my general contractor who contacted this company since the unit is less than a year oldAfter multiple calls and inspections they finally discoveres a freon leak inside my home! One of the installers even stated he may have "bumped it when changing the expansion valve." Now Mr* is trying to charge me over $for labor and freon! I purchased an air conditioner from this company on June 23, When I purchased it, Mr*** distinctly told my wife and I that it came with a year parts and year replacement warranty He clarified that "replacement warranty" meant that if anything happened to this unit in the first years, all costs associated with repairing the unit (parts, labor, etc.) would be covered at 100% He even made a note on the invoice to confirm that this specific warranty came with this unit for the total purchase cost of $ "Replace Indoor Coil & Out A/C with 1/ton unit Gibson Unit year parts & year replacement"(Please see attachment labeled '*** ?
