I purchased an air conditioner from this company on June 23, When I purchased it, Mr [redacted] distinctly told my wife and I that it came with a year parts and year replacement warranty He clarified that "replacement warranty" meant that if anything happened to this unit in the first years, all costs associated with repairing the unit (parts, labor, etc.) would be covered at 100% He even made a note on the invoice to confirm that this specific warranty came with this unit for the total purchase cost of $ "Replace Indoor Coil & Out A/C with 1/ton unit Gibson Unit year parts & year replacement"(Please see attachment labeled ' [redacted] ?
